Many reports of underground bases exist on record, on camera, from identified and credible witnesses (sorry Vince) and not from an anonymous poster on an anonymous website forum.

There have been many that report HUGE MASSIVE cargo type platform / elevators that descend many levels...this could easily be a launch platform..under the surface.

NOT saying it is, or even if the things exist, i have no proof personally, but that IF they did and are as described in other more credible reports, this could be their function.

Underground launch pads, with vehicle assembly alongside them.

The extra Apollo missions could have easily have been launched from Soviet/Russian territory under the guise of being Mother Russia missions. We could have shipped the components of the Saturn V via the pacific or they could have been fabricated on their territory. Just research how exactly (and even better) they duplicated the Space Shuttle concept known as the Buran. Check out Slayer's thread for more info. The Russians aren't exactly stupid.

What happened to Russia's Space Shuttle program?

That's highly speculative since Apollo was cancelled due to the exuberant cost, and you suggest they would add to that cost by shipping the components half way around the world for our Cold War Enemies to launch? I know, and have known about the Soviet Buran and it is far from a NASA Space Shuttle, if you would notice, it's fitted with 3 main jet engines and not 3 Rocketdyne SSME's (Space Shuttle Main Engines), also designated RS-24 or RS-25 for industrial purposes.

Buran was not an integral part of the system, but rather a payload for the Energia launcher. The orbiter had no main rocket engines, no high-pressure oxidizer turbopump (HPOTP), freeing space and weight for additional payload; the largest cylindrical structure is the Energia carrier-rocket, not also a fuel tank. Once seperation from the Energia main engines the Buran could not make orbital adjustments like the Space Shuttle that had 3 main engines on board with all of the operational fuel and delivery systems. In fact the only 2-orbit launch of the Buran no life support system was installed as well as no installed software on the CRT displays.

One Buran designated the OK-GLI, or as the "Buran aerodynamic analogue", 4 mounted jets were used to take off from a normal landing strip, and once it reached a designated point, the engines were cut and OK-GLI glided back to land. This provided invaluable information about the handling characteristics of the Buran design, and significantly differed from the carrier plane/air drop method used by the USA and the Enterprise test craft. Twenty-four test flights of OK-GLI were performed after which the shuttle was "worn out".

Slayer made a big deal about the added cargo space of an additional 3 tons but this was due to no main engines and engine infrastructure and fuel on board and insufficient means of orbital adjustments necessary for real ISS Service life.

I would bet that he didn't post it. If you read the thread yesterday, there are people who are taking almost every new post on ATS and posting them on other conspiracy sites. So, I would look into that if I was you.

Not "All" UFOs are man-made, that is massively ignorant. The ones near military testing facilities, some of those probably are. But there have been reports of groups of UFOs "dancing" in sync and I doubt the military is doing that. Also, there are just too many videos from mexico of "fleets" and "flying worms/ebani" that are so advanced it would make your head spin, I highly doubt the USG is flying over mexico just for the fun of it. Not to mention, the facts about Roswell highly suggest that we recovered spacecraft and thus created Majestic 12 and Area 51 specifically for that. So, I wouldn't go blindly saying things as truths when we really don't know, although given what I have seen, I would say there are ET and then there are reproductions we have made, and the first outnumber the 2nd greatly. Watch this video and then tell me those are all government craft.

Some interesting things in that video. That one at the volcano in Costa Rica was strange. I have to say that the one filmed in Santiago, Chile is clearly vehicles with their lights on while decending that mountain. ~SheopleNation

Thinking any "objects", either manned or unmanned have to be launched either from Vandenburg or FL is shortsighted. Who knows, the giant underground hangars at 51, or elsewhere could be opened in the middle of the night- launch a large rocket (which may now have the capability to diffuse/disguise propulsion) into space/orbit) without thousands of prying eyes.

Oxcart or "Have Blue" which became ECHO-1 (improved) and then the F-117A Nighthawk.

Black budget, it's not secret where the money is coming from. It's coming from all of us! The American taxpayers. We are all just too busy walking around on four legs observing the laws of the jungle, and watching five hours of television a day. And taking our kids back and forth from school, soccer practice, etc, and putting them on meds, to know what is happening. Makes me really wonder if the secret government has to cloak these things in such intense secrecy. But hanger 84 will be revealed to the public someday. That will be the day that Gasoline goes back down to $1.00 a gallon.

Wright Patterson AFB was always involved with UFOs that happened all over the world. I am sure that all of you have heard about Hangar 18. Honestly I have done research and some people speculate that the alien bodies and their autopsies were done at Area 51. I believe that the autopsies were done at the Wright Patterson AFB. There are a lot of secret underground tunnels and underground hangars in Area 51 and the Wright Patterson AFB. Whether my belief is correct or not can only be answered by some one who was there.

I have absolutely no doubt as to your info friend. I've long guessed that most "ufo's" were terrestrial.

The kicker is was it from downed ET craft or all from groups like the Thule Society and Black Sun.

Likely, we'll never know.

A bigger question is....why? They have the power, money, ect.

Thanks. That is very interesting information. I can't remember if he mentioned Albuquerque or Kirtland, but this would make sense. Seems to be a pretty important base. Is the "Four Corners" a residential area? Maybe he was referring to the area he lived while working at Kirtland?

The obelisk on Mars/Phobos is very interesting as is the likelihood of Apollo 18,19 etc.

However, OP mentions that the Russians (and Chinese) have been to the moon. If this is true, why didn't they tell anyone? After all, they lost the battle to the moon and this may have given them back some pride. I wonder what stopped them from announcing this to the world - even with a bit of staged filming , like the Apollos!
