Thanks, but i had no questions Was just putting in my thoughts on this, as for your 2 posts here. It doesn't really explain a thing i said.

I did not say ELEnin would change trajectorym, but the pieces breaking off would be more widely spread around the comet itself (hence the snowball thingy). And the 'reason' breaking up i did not even talk about. All i talked about was that 'debris' or 'parts' of ELEnin that come close to earth would be a bigger thread to us then ELEnin as a whole.

That was my 2 cents nothing more, actually.

It hasn't been officially confirmed yet, at least not that I know of yet.

But it's magnitude has dropped drastically the last couple of days:

this has to be wormwood. i did not think it was until this happened. thats it guys, we're doom.

Well it's going to pass a fair way from earth still, so whatever minute spread there is, it won't effect earth.

For the people believing in Nibiru/PlanetX etc. nonsense this doesn't matter, they will "construct" another reality which will fit in their belief even if the comet will disappear.

They will then "argue" that Nibiru/PlanetX is actually "hidden in another dimension" so we cannot even see it, they already claimed that Astronomers "cannot see the dwarf star because it comes from another dimension".

Don't make the mistake and think that logic works with those people - it wont!


Edit: Thinking about it, lol, they will probably argue now that the comet disintegrating is due to the forces of the invisible star accompanying it....means the comet crumbling will be rather proof for them

Actually if you think about it ....it may be a threat now if it is breaking apart and still big enough to make landfall..since a piece of it may now be able to intercept earth's orbit. Ive never really been worried when it came to this comet...still aint...

There are about 900 zillion other things which are more worth to worry about than a kilometer sized chunk of ice millions of miles away which is already breaking up in some small chunks, which don't even come near Earth.

Do you know how many thousands pieces of space chunk rain down on Earth every day and burn up in the atmosphere?

Well, we are pretty close to the sun here, which is a bit warm if your a big ball of ice. And I don't beleive this 3000 year business - just some more of their maths trying to explain stuff. This couls just as easy be it's first run in.

It's the coma of the comet.. It has no perfect shape, tetrahedral or otherwise. (which happens to be the word that Hoagland used. At best, in the youtube video there is a vaguely triangular shape. I agree.. It is not a comet and it is not breaking apart. Do not believe everything they tell you. They are just doing this so people don't panic for nothing. Sept 26 2011 should be interresting.

Don't get me wrong, all I see is a nice graph showing a decrease in magnitude over time? it be interesting to know how they actually estimated the size over time?
