The 7 spirits of the Eternal flow throughout the entire cosmos, in all spheres. But...There is also a place of unspeakable horror and pain, I like to call it the chaos. It is death, the pit, and there one feels the true pain of separation from life and love. This is where it was said there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

uh, no. It's literal truth. Do not change the meaning of his word to fit your own views. Genesis 1 literally describes the reality that God created the everything in 6 days, and Genesis 2 literally describes the reality that Man saw it in a different arrangement of time.

"Organized MATERIAL religion?" - no that's the Roman catholic church, hence why i'm protestant. A organized material religion would practice salvation by works, and would do rituals like "Mass" etc... would it not?

I don't see anything organized about being a protestant, Jesus won't think worse of me for not going to church every sunday or any of those things, he care's about what's in your heart and what fruit you bear.

They serve their purpose in the form of fol lore and ideology from the time period. For example, the Nephilim aren't really mentioned in the Bible, but the way people I know think of them is pretty consistent with how the Book of Enoch describes them, despite the two never having been mixed, and the book of Enoch being clearly the writings of a few heretics in the hills. The fact that the two come to the same conclusion gives credence to the fact that how we view the word today is very accurate to the original authors intended.

It's pretty clear when something should not be in the bible, and I trust people living at the height of the Roman Empire to be far more knowledgeable in knowing who wrote what versus ourselves 2000 years later, in the same sense that I would trust ourselves to know who wrote the book of Mormon far better than archaeologists 2000 years from now.

It's good to see the awakening, who knows what we can become when we discover the true nature of our existence.
No longer will the fairy tails of the bronze age dictate our course.
The sky's the limit.

You just said that they had to be efficient writers so they repeated themselves.

Any contradictions there, in your mind?

Its called emphasizing to help people better understand, what are the contradictions you speak off?

And from what do you get that from? I'm a literalist of the Christian God and word. I believe evolution is true.

Do not be so sure as to assume based off polls. In fact, it's very likely that Christianity will see better days ahead.

And what happens if we come full circle and prove them? I mean, that is equally possible.

Literal truth in the context is supposed to be in, ive already said Genesis was literal, so i ask you now why you still believe in evolution when Genesis has no mention of it? You are clearing misunderstanding Genesis 2.

Because Genesis 2 is not in the same order as Genesis 1. This means God's view of time is not the same as man's, and this is, too, reinforced by the Bible. I see no reason to place the 6 days God created 4000 years ago, let alone even in the same order as they are described when Genesis 2 shows them in said disorder.

Christianity isn't a religion?

What, pray tell, would you define a religion as?

I was under the (apparently mistaken) impression that Christianity was the very definition of 'Religion.'

Enlighten Us Oh Wise One...

Here's how I would field this one.
Belief in Jesus Christ need not belong to any religion. Christ being of the Father. Religion being of man.

Christianity is belief in THE FACT that Jesus Christ was word for word what scripture says he was. That Jesus Christ was in fact the word of God in the flesh.

Religions like Buddhism, Harry Krishna etc.also there are religions that divide ( in the hope of conquering ) Christianity. Baptist, penticostal, Catholicism being of man. Add atheism and evolution as the most whimsical of all these. There are of course arguements from atheists and the science community about the last two. But, if it comes from the mind of man and concerns his belief in the Holy Father. No matter the direction it takes his belief. It is a religion. IMPOV.

Now here is an awake christian.

The people will know the horror of Absolute Atheism...

Atheism = 100% Ego

Atheism is the blasphemies of blasphemies, of the holy spirit. Of which it it is written is unforgivable. I've prayed for them, I've reached out, now that time is over. Time for the Hidden One to become Revealed Divinity, embrace the judgement, embrace the light, for a shadow is coming to consume the Earth and the powers of the heavens above. I speak from the heart, i don't need a link for this. One word...repent. Or..Descend the ladder to Sheol, where each rung is 7 fold worse than the one before it, into the furnace of doom where body and soul are torn asunder. Believe me, I wish I was just fear mongering. This is not a joke, we are in the twilight brethren, hold tight to the word it will be all that is left.

Rise O light

Ascend O light

Open his eyes!

I wonder myself sometimes, what God must say to himself sometimes, when he sees some of the sick, evil, repulsive things that men do. How many times he himself has had to turn away in disgust ? Can you imagine ?

All right check in and see if this guy's learned anything yet? He should be up by now.

I think that's........Rah What ? Oh hell no ?................. He isn't really ? OOOOOHHH!! ahhh! ............... No No No No Nooooooo !!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. That isn't what that thing is fooooooor! AHHH!!! Ah! RAAAAAHHH!!! That's it man I'm flood'in the whole damn thing. Tell Noah to get Noah to get his ass in the boat.

I do know mankind is capable of bringing this exact feeling in me. So all it takes is understanding the word.

That would be the day we forget who and what we really are in the fullness of time and history, a dawning of complete ignorance.

Technically, people die and are brought back all the time these days, and it has nothing to do with a deity or ET's, just human technical know-how or sheer luck.

People die on operating tables, or in the street from heart attacks or whatnot and are resuscitated etc... if the body is cold enough the body and brain has been known (although rarely) to survive for hours and the people survive.

All sorts of things happen, past and present that can be attributed to phenomena like this...maybe 3 days was a bit of an exaggeration and it was 3 minutes, or 30 instead...if the sea was cold enough, and he was bloody lucky, maybe this Jonah bloke had something similar happen to him...he might even have been saved by dolphins and in his semi concious delirium, thought the dolphins had eaten and spat him out again...who knows, but 3 days being digested in a huge fishes guts, is a whole different thing entirely.

If 'god' brought him back after that, then were talking advanced biological / medical technology (IMO) and you know where that leads us back to...Ed Harris again!

Cheers.

The mods had to have known this would be a heated debate and could quite literally go to page 99999999999.

Anyway, atheists harden their heart to the point of total spiritual dissolution. Christians...You guys piss me off more than any other religion. You distort the word, you are flesh, nothing more.

Muslims need to learn how to respect woman for what they are, as do many men.

Jews...Don't get me started, what is it, the one hundredth time they have gone astray?

In deed i am, its actually incredible that so many people here who are supposed to be "Anti-illuminati" actually believe in the theory of a 33rd degree freemason.

No belief involved or necessary... there's plenty of objective evidence. Unless you're suggesting that every scientist in every discipline that has ever published a paper supporting the theory of evolution, even tangentially, is also a 33rd degree Freemason?

The Bible is worthless and the whole Christian faith should be scraped.
