i have read several versions of the Cohen talk, given to a chapter of B'nai B'rith and there was no sourcing to Toeffler. can you cite the original talk that references his book?

And can you background why a talk with national security implications was given to a Zionist outfit?

Agreed. The most effective soldier to have on your side is the enemy mind against itself.

There are very good reasons for this stuff to exist without us knowing about it... and it's the same reason nations were developing nuclear weapons without us knowing until *after* it was used. It doesn't make it any better for us, but it is exactly the mindset of people genuinely trying to protect their nation that causes them to deceive and lie to to their own people so that the *other* nations don't know. It's basic Art of War stuff. It's like two parents discussing a divorce and trying to hide it from the kids. The kids may know something is "off", but they simply don't have the background, context, up to date information, or access to all the conversations to know what's going on.

It's just a lot harder to hide a nuclear explosion after the fact than it is an induced famine or "natural disaster". But prior to the nuclear bomb being made public... if forums existed there would be "average people" saying "This is stupid! How could they keep something so big secret! Show the science!" People forget situations where the science is being developed at the same time. Science Blogs have made people believe that the current level of understood science is generally in the public awareness, which makes it even easier to develop "unbelievable technology" and keep it secret.

Well, being from South Florida myself I have to say im happy it missed us.

Not entirely sold that Harrp can direct hurricanes, although I wont count it out. Harrp seems to be one of those things that can either do a whole lot or almost nothing at all, and at the end of the day we have to ask ourselves why the government would spend so much money for it to only read the Magnetosphere.

yup they are controlling a weather system the contains the energy of a thousand of nuclear explosion. they can actually park in your back yard if THEY want. If they can put a man on the moon in a sound stage they can move these babies around and put them where THEY want. What a dope you must believe in the tooth fairy too.

It wasn't. It was at a conference on terrorism. He mentioned them because of a bomb scare that had just happened.

For those not convinced HAARP can manipulate storms, I will reffer you to "Jessie Venturas" show he did on HAARP. They sit down with a scientist with a mini mock HAARP and shows it in working order.

What about those pics from the ISS? I'd say that it could be coming in a similar direction of where the ISS was over the storm. Earthquake and hurricane in NYC same week is crazy.

Dont think ive found anything yet to give me the impression that they have used HAARP on our own soil. I believe all of (Alaskan HAARP) had been all over the Ocean and small handfull of other countries.

HAARP is a long distance passive radar pump array. When the haarp is turned on it causes the whole ionosphere to act as an antenna and can be used to detect stealth craft, or inter-dimensional UFO's. *cough* (such as the one steering Irene) The energy to actually move a hurricane using microwaves would be off the scale by human methods anyway. If you use an interdimensional particle beam to create a low pressure zone by creating a wormhole in the storm it would be rather easy to steer it.

Everyone seems to be forgeting about Puerto rico. think about it, they have opened haarp in vieques and arecibo, the source of the steering is coming from that direction and ironically i have been hearing HAARP noises (because ive heard them before the past few months) ever since elenin became a storm.
