Sovereign Citizenship... I am a sovereign Citizen... are you?

So in a thread here in The Political Madness page I had someone question my right to be an American since I am a sovereign citizen. He for some reason thinks that I am denied my American Pride when I became a Sovereign Citizen. When in fact I believe I have embraced it. I have shut out public civil and government authority and embraced The Constitution and my Amendment Rights in a way I never could have done as an American Citizen. Yet I believe vice versa. I believe that I would not have the freedoms I have today had I not denounced my American citizenship. I believe that according to the constitution and Amendment rights that I am more American now that ever before.

You decide. I no longer live by public local state or government laws. But English Common Law.

The American way is believing in The Constitution, you Amendment rights, hope peace and happiness. You can believe in something with out it actually working. Well since I became a Sovereign Citizen these documents finally work for me.

So what does being a Sovereign Citizen actually entail...

I do not pay any taxes what so ever since I am a sovereign citizen.

But that does not mean I does not have American pride. It just means that I protect myself from the corrupt American Government the best I can.

I protect myself from The bankers stealing my money.

It means I dont have to pay traffic tickets or be documented as a cocky mamy bull# licensed driver.

It means that you cant sue me, the government cant sue me.

It means that THE BANKERS AND TPTB HAVE PAYED OFF MY DEBTS by means of debt bonds.

It means that I can walk into any bank I want and ask for these bonds and refusal means that that bank would have do deal with stacks of paperwork and the American court system.

It means that no one man or court can decide my fate.

It also means that I am part of an "extremist anti-government group" according to the FBI. Which I am perfectly happy with as long as I AM A FREE MAN.

It means that I can smoke my mary jane and big brother cant do # about it.

It means that I can grow my mary jane and big brother cant do # about it.

It means that I have disconnected myself from the public civil government and bull# reaches of the TPTB.

It means although I still pay, that I dont have to pay my mortgage and no body can do # about it.

And I am surprised that all ATS members have not done this.

It means that I truly I have my civil liberties I have my civil rights given to me by my birth as a human not as an American.

IT MEANS THAT I AM A REAL AMERICAN AND HAVE THE RIGHTS OF LIFE AND LIBERTY FREEDOM HAPPINESS AND THE TRUE AMERICAN WAY AS IT IS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN AMENDMENT RIGHTS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME AS A BIRTH RIGHT. Even if I am no longer an American citizen I am more free than probably everyone on this damn site.

iT MEANS THAT YOU DONT AND THAT YOU ARE NO AMERICAN CITIZEN BUT RATHER AND AMERICAN CAPTIVE.

Nuff said... DONE.

Get a lawer

get a loan to pay that lawer

Then become a sovereign citizen

Become an independent

Be free of the corrupt American government.

Be prosperous happy and truly embrace The Constitution and Amendment rights by reject the American Government out of your life.

I have heard about the sovereign movement but I considered it a myth.
You are telling me that you can get away with all those things without any repercussions
it sounds nice but I always found it a little hard to believe and if it is possible
you practically have to go to law school to understand how to free yourself.

So how can you say your American? Your not a citizen, you cant actually own any property, you can be deported just for being here, you have no right to travel on any roadway since you dont pay taxes for the upkeep, you have no right to any type of police protection.

If you do any of the ilegal things you mentioned you can be put in prison or deported just like any other ilegal alien.

I don't know much about this but from a simple google search this is a bad idea. Not only are you instantly profiled by the FBI as anti government but a lot of the pleas have been rejected by the courts.

I wish you luck. I feel you might be better off on an island or something, as what you say is very difficult to do in practice in the U.S. but hey, more power to you if you can pull it off. If you can't there are consequences for that too I suppose. The truth is that nature itself is the only real sovereign, and if you choose to live in the jungle there is no guarantee that you won't get eaten by a large cat... but you will indeed be free. Choices, choices.

I have an acquaintance who is still in prison for accepting American money and not paying taxes, driving a vehicle on a public highway with no driver's license, insurance or DMV tag, and possession with the intent to sell. He claimed to have no Social Security #. His defence was sovereignity too.

Funny thing is they arrested him in small claims court while he was trying to sue somebody!

I know of another guy who served 20 years for similar infractions.

You have your understanding of how it works.Iand I cant be deported I have protected myself against that also. You see... I have native American Blood in me. Choctaw and Navajo to be exact. I dont know if they could have deported me before I joined The Choctaw Nation but they cant now. So there you go. Eating a hamburger right now brb to the tread convo.

Sorry to disagree with you but the so called free men/sovereigns have no place in society. Maybe when we have frontier worlds to colonize they would be of use in taming a planet but would again be in the way when regular settlers arrive. Right now they are a bunch of red neck nuts that will be squished like bugs when Uncle Sammy gets around to it.

Pay your taxes, Ive tangled with the IRS over an ERROR in my fillings, paid for a very high class lawyer (who I now have on retainer) and still guess what? I had to pay my taxes.

Ask Wesley Snipes how this turns out.

from the sound of it, you better enjoy those burgers while you are on the outside ! care to test the idea ? why don't you contact the local authorities and tell them of your intentions, and have a representative update us on the arrest !

My nephew found himself a girlfriend.. After a couple days he learned she was a vegetarian. So He became a Vegetarian, Even went so far as looking up a list of what he could not eat.. After a week he is no longer going out with that girl and is no longer a vegetarian.
I suppose my point is this. One if you can become a soverblah blah blah whatever. Why couldn't a canadian come down and do they same? A hispanic come up and do the same? Hmm Makes you think. As soverblah blah blah you all don't use our currency because you do not beleive in it.. How do you pay your internet costs? Becuase your home are considered embassies within the united states that means what you do there is can not be processed by the law. Once you step off said property you are illegally walking in the united states with no passport...Can't work in the united states without a Work Visa. Can't go to school here without a School Visa.( or whatever you call it)In fact is you leave your Yard without a passport then you are tresppasing in America and by the immigration act of... well you get my point..
This all of course doesn't matter because you rent your house which means you do not own it. Which means you are an Illegal here in America..Can't send you back, so I guess we will just have to detain you. Lucky for you the courts won't reconize your lifestyle as fact. If I was you I would take a step back and think about what you have declared. Maybe do some research before making such declarations

No i completly understand the ideas behind it but its only ideas people write about on the internet. I have seen no real proof that it can really be done. Even as a Native American you are still required to follow the same laws as everyone else, plenty of them are in jail.

I do not abuse my sovereign citizenship like your friends in prison. They brought un-needed attention to themselves. I still have my American morals and still abide by most American laws. But even if I didn't abide by most American Laws, I know how to contact the right people of power should such an event take place that involves my illegal detainment. I have numerous lawyers in my family that would make sure the right legal action would be taken if such a matter occurred so I would not rot in a jail cell for 20 years. I have lawyers in my family so I would not have to deal with a pityful public attorney that works against me and who has no knowledge of such a matter to successfully defend me. My research concluded that almost every single Sovereign citizen who was wrongfully detained had the services of a government appointed public defender.who made little to nothing which gave him no drive to see justice served. It is not my fault if "your friends" were to stupid to intelligently defend and protect themselves. And it is not my fault that they had the mind of an infant and only want to become sovereign to get out of trouble. I became sovereign to be free. The two reasons are totally different and the reason one chooses to become sovereign is the difference between me and them. I am done with this particular post but expect future post from me on the subject in the very near future.

Im more concerned that I get thread shuts down for minor things and your posting and encouraging illegal activity.

I care neither about you or your pending prison sentence when you learn having "lawyers" in the family is no protection against actively doing illegal things and bragging about them with proof on a forum that does track IP. also I am sure your next post will be how you have hackers in your family to protect you too.

I can post a link to a website, with an OPINON on it, asking to do non illegal and encourage people to use their rights, and Ill get my Post removed and blocked, A new member posted about it and was perm banded and post removed earlier today.

Where are the mods on this?
