She has to file the paperwork by either October or November if she wishes to challenge Obama for the nomination. So she doesn't have much time left.
The Unions are already boycotting the convention, so she already has a base of blue dogs in the wings.
If Obama's approval rating keeps falling at the rate its going, there will be no point in him even running. If the Democrats want a real chance of winning the election, she looks like she could be the only plausible option.
