Yes, I am actually aware of barium naturally occurring in soil. I even posted that somewhere in the Fukushima thread. My source was a book from my Dad's library dated 1950 and has an Atomic Energy Commission stamp on it. But that does not mean that barium in high concentrations is consistently normal, as well as that of high concentrations of aluminum.

1932 The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and symptoms of the disease. They all subsequently die from syphilis, their families never told that they could have been treated.

1935 The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occured within poverty-striken black populations.

1940 Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.

1942 Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.

1943 In response to Japan's full-scale germ warfare program, the U.S. begins research on biological weapons at Fort Detrick, MD.

1944 U.S. Navy uses human subjects to test gas masks and clothing. Individuals were locked in a gas chamber and exposed to mustard gas and lewisite.

1945 Project Paperclip is initiated. The U.S. State Department, Army intelligence, and the CIA recruit Nazi scientists and offer them immunity and secret identities in exchange for work on top secret government projects in the United States.

1945 "Program F" is implemented by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This is the most extensive U.S. study of the health effects of fluoride, which was the key chemical component in atomic bomb production. 1947 The CIA begins its study of '___' as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military) are used with and without their knowledge.

1950 Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons in desert areas and monitor downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates.

1950 In an experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, the U.S. Navy sprays a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Franciso. Monitoring devices are situated throughout the city in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.

1951 Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last through 1969 and there is concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.

1953 U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents.

1953 Joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments are conducted in which tens of thousands of people in New York and San Francisco are exposed to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.

I don't think anyone is denying that the government has committed heinous acts in the past and probably will again in the future.

The problem here is 'chemtrails' have no foundation in reality. The entire concept is littered with false premises and misrepresentations of science. The conspiracy is taken on nothing but faith. The list provided is in no way evidence of a 'chemtrail' operation. It could just as well be evidence of secret nerve agents being released from blue tooth devices in order to get people to eat more beef.

That was pretty far out but I think you get my point. There has to be some evidence or logical reason to believe in 'chemtrails' or else we are just being distracted from the real problems of society.

I am sick to death of the disinfo on this subject. It's a known FACT that these weather modification programmes are happening more or less worldwide now! It's BIG business. The US Fiscal Budget for this year hits $2.3 billion! 13 Government Depts all involved. That's just the US. How many more countries have signed up to this? In the name of the good of the planet.

Isn't the whole "chemtrail" theory the idea that when we see a persistent spreading white trail in the sky that lasts for hours that it is a CHEMtrail? I don't doubt that the government (any government, or any group, for that matter) can poison the people, but the "chemtrail conspiracy" is very specific, and isn't simply "the poisoning of the people".

Patents are not evidence of anything. Just because there are patents does not mean a device has actually been made. There is also a patent for a flatulence blocker. The comb over has been patented as well as the proper way to swing. I think I saw a patent for a time machine once as well.

I am completely open to the idea of 'chemtrails' but as of yet I have seen nothing but misrepresentation of atmospheric physics and a complete lack of knowledge about contrails. I haven't seen one shred of evidence. I have seen lots of logical fallacies but nothing constituting a good argument for the existence of 'chemtrails'

Plenty of people here are qualified to review the so called evidence provided for 'chemtrails' as well as the faulty experiments that supposedly prove they are spraying. Some people just don't know how science works or the methods behind it. Some people are also incapable of critical thought and have no clue what constitutes evidence.

Give me one good reason why you think the trails coming from planes are anything but CO2 and condensed water vapor.

Havent; you figured out what a patent is yet?? It's just an IDEA - unless you can show that it is being actually used to do somethign then all you have is figurd out that someone had an IDEA.

There are lots of ideas out ther - many are even technically feasiable - like "spraying" aluminium platelets in het upper atmosphere, or putting mirrors in space, or misting seawater into clouds.

Being feasible does not mean it is happening.

I am truly sorry you have so much trouble with that concept - because it would save you and I and a lot of other people from having to go over this shortcoming of chemmies again, and again, and again....

Consent isn't wanted for the commander-in chief to defend the country...it's implied, intrinsic, understood, fundamental, sworn to, traitorous not to.

Consent of elected officials is needed to fund these activities. Oversight of this funding is also carried out by these same elected officials. The funding for Chemtrails gone wild is consented to and approved by elected officials.

There are a lot of different reasons that can be given for why this is needed. The reasons can vary depending on the segment of the population or the government of a country being addressed. This is what the C.I.A. does. They lie. They are taught to do this effectively and creatively.

There is a conspiracy-prone segment of the population that will buy contrails for chemtrails. Feelers were put out; arguments were made. Eventually it took on a life of its' own and became a mission and a passion.

Other reasons were put out and are still being put out to see if any will take off. Defense, tranquilizers, population control, anthrax vaccine, tesla domes, CME's, gamma rays, holograms, hypnotism, frequency mediums, weather modification, alien threat etc. etc.

The pig is a goat is a good one because even though everyone who looks up sees it, part of the population thinks it's normal and part thinks not. This way, 'let's you and him fight' keeps a lot of people busy trying to decide a non-question which is - is it?

I continue to applaud Nikola Aleksic for taking a stand and demanding that the chemtrail gmo madness stop.

Personally for me, operations LAC&Dew II proved, to my satisfaction, that chemtrails have been used in the past. That gives me solid ground to assume that there might be a similar program going on today.
