I think I told that probably five times on this forum. I was in the hospital for a month after being taken from the waiting room in an unconscious condition and was in a virtual coma for a week and a half, where they would come in every day and slide me over to one side of the bed and put a clean sheet down on the other, then pick me up and set me down on that side while they fixed the side I was on before. Then I got sent to another hospital where I spent another month. I was in a room where they could watch me closely, being directly in front of the nurse's station. After I was there for a while I came to the realization that this was basically where they took people who they expected to die, I mean the whole wing of this second hospital. Every morning I would hear the nurses go through the names of the people who had died that night. So the angels of death were very busy there and knew me by then, well. The doctors were willing to use some experimental last ditch measures that I consented to and while awaiting how that worked out there were bad glitches that would easily kill me. One day when I seemed ok, the demons came up through the floor, five of them, one for each limb and one for my head, who got behind me so I could not see him but he was the one talking to me and said they had been waiting for their chance when I was in a weakened state, to take me. I felt their clutches as they pulled me off the bed and through the floor they had earlier come up through. I found myself falling straight down a narrow tunnel until I felt I had reached the center of the Earth. I was there for what seemed a long time and to make the story short, got into a situation that looked very bad for me and I was going to a place where there was no chance of coming back. That was when I cried out to God. Like I said earlier, I don't know why I said it like that and it never occurred to me to say anything different.
Anyway it was a very disturbing experience that has never gone completely away. I believe God healed me after this event and I did get better and left that hospital twenty five years ago.

Well thank you for telling the story once again. I am sure it is not one you like to talk about as much as you do. I have studied NDE for about 12 years now and I always find the stories similar.....it should make a believer out of everyone....but it doesn't.

Thank God you were healed and released from that state!!!!!!

Well i cant really subscribe to reincarnation. It is written "it is appointed man once to die, and then the judgement" Hebrews 9:27. So reincarnation is not scripture. It would make God out to be a liar, and i for one am not about to stand before the Lord of Hosts and tell him he is a liar, i dont have that kind of juice.

So you was given another chance... Why waste that chance by denying Jesus is not the son of God?... who do you think lifted you up from the depths of hell? Ive read countless testimony's of people having NDE's and they all say it was Jesus who saved them, just because you didn't cry out "Jesus help me" doesn't mean it wasn't infact him who was the one who responded to your call. I honestly don't know how you could go through an experience like that and still live in denial by calling Christianity a cult and all these other things.

I think it was Satan who wanted me out of the way. The story is actually even more complex but I had unknowingly found myself in the midst of very evil and murderous people who were definitely about to kill me. God helped me to escape with quite a few close calls which resulted in me somehow contracting the condition I was in that resulted in my hospitalization. To explain that, I mean I had to live through some very harsh conditions to avoid these people long enough to get clear of them, which resulted in an illness that went from one stage to another that the doctors could not figure out quite exactly. From an atheist viewpoint, one wold wonder why God would allow me to get sick. Things happen and if you put your hand on a hot oven burner you get burnt.
What I think is that Satan could make you give up hope to where you can just let go of life and die. I think this is what was going on, like in Job where he is advised to just curse God and die. I decided that whatever had me in its grip, there was one higher who could free me, and not to give into despair.

Ha! Well... I wouldn't call God a liar either. Surely you are not suggesting I would!!?

You understand the Bible to say one thing and I understand to say another. This is freedom of believing. I go by what Jesus said ..... he is the way so I lean toward all the passages whereas he describes reincarnation. You may find "God" to say one time in the Bible for man to die once in the OT....before JESUS DIED. After he died on the cross...that changed the rules of the ballgame.

Ultimately it doesnt matter if he says christianity is a cult, all that is required is if he believes Jesus is the savior that died on the cross for his sins and was resurected 3 days later. Thats the only requirement for being saved. We may not agree with some of his posts or beliefs but as long as he believes in those 2 requirements. He is found without fault in the eyes of Christ. Ultimately God will be the judge for he knows whats truly in your heart.
Jesus himself said "not all who call on me and say Lord,Lord shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven. God will be our judge and be done with it.

This made me have chills!!!! SO HAPPY for you!!!! Out of a dark situation you can always find the light!!!

Well you could see our rebirth into heaven after we die as a kind of reincarnation, but no i cannot say that we die and are reborn on earth over and over. That goes against the bible and even if it has been tinkered with and certain books omitted, you can always trust the Torah because the Holy Roman Catholics had no hand in translating the Torah or writing it. The Torah is the one part of the bible (a.k.a. Oringal Hebrew Old Testament) that you can trust that grubby men with avarice and greed in their hearts did not touch.

I SAID "I" see passages(more than one) whereas Jesus describes himself and others being reincarnated. If you do not SEE them.....ok.... Fine with me but I am in no way telling you that you are wrong for not SEEING THEM AS I DO.

You say to me "You can trust the Torah". With all due respect. I will trust what and or who "I" feel trustworthy and the only one I have deemed trustworthy is my man Jesus. For THIS reason I believe his words to mean in many passages that not only has he been another "name" before but so has others. He said it....not me.

Also....believing and trusting in the Old Testament is old news...obviously there are stories whereas we must take heed in but again...Jesus coming in the flesh changed "death" in many instances.

With saying that above statement .....when Jesus dies on the cross he is said to went to hell for three days to preach the good news. The sinners came out of hell and had not just one more chance but lifetimes until we as spirits either perfect in the spirit of God or when time ceases to exist so will the evil entities but until then....HELL exists and will be a temporary state for those who do not will themselves to walk in the spirit of God (love).

They twisted Christ's teachings of loving your enemies as well as your neighbors, and do unto others as you would have them do unto you (also known as the Golden Rule). Yes the Golden Rule came from Jesus and no one else. How a church could go from "love your enemies and your neighbors" to "burn, torture and kill those who do not believe what you do" is the corruption of men and is not of God and God himself has judged them and their reckoning will come when they stand in front of the White Throne.

You seem to be happy to condemn an aspect of religion that you are not a supporter of. You don't condemn Israel for doing the exact same thing.

No i am not condemning anyone or religion. I'm saying that men can take christianity (or any religion) and twist it to suit their own ends, and justify murdering,pillaging,raping, and torturing innocent people because they had different beliefs. I am not talking about catholicism as it is today, i'm referring to how it was in ages passed and how evil men used it for their own agenda.

Thousands of protestants died in the Spanish Inquisition, and the barbarism and evil was of the type where men who had a person on the wrack, or the wooden horse, would laugh as their fellow men and women screamed in agony, begging and pleading for mercy until they succumbed to death.

Despite what you think i am not here to pick a fight with you. I don't care what you think or believe because it has no bearing on my life or my salvation. Being combatative and assaulting people and trying to force your point of view onto other people is not Jesus' way.

Look at what is written, it clearly states man. Nothing about the spirit. All mankind (human spirits) started in heaven (home), until the appointed time to come down to Earth to live as man in an earthly body.

"Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

27 So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

Adam and Eve were not on Earth yet. He was talking to all of mankinds spirits.

Do we really have to start this? Mary was impregnated by the Holy Spirit, NOT the human man Joseph she was married to. Jesus was adopted by Joseph because the angel of the lord came to him in a dream and told him not to be ashamed, because he would be the "father" of the savior. Joseph claimed Jesus to protect him because if the elders ha dfound out she was pregnant and it was not Joesephs they would have dragged her into the town square and stoned her to death as was the law for adultery.

You really need to go reread your bible because you clearly missed this simple message. Jesus was not fathered by a human, he was adopted.

I do read the Bible and that is why I don't buy your cultish nonsense. What is clear is that Jesus was a descendant of David through Joseph his father. The non-KJV Bible is clear about that and probably the reason for your particular sect to be so all fired up for the KJV, which was written to hide the fact that Joseph was Jesus' father.
Joseph did not impregnate Mary himself but was done by angelic means probably in order to force the birth of Jesus at a specific time. Regardless of how it was done, the important thing is that it was done with the seed from Joseph, as told of by the genealogies quoted in the Gospels.

I see what you mean now. You remind me of my friend's mother. She is a faithful Christian from the Southern U.S. and she always loves Jesus. Doesn't go to church though. I asked my friend and he replied they never be a church going family. Do you or anyone else go to church? I know they will cater to you like a king and queen.

I know I will get flamed for this one, but church today is not what Jesus intended it to be. Today church is more of a show, than a coming together of believers. Granted, there are some who speak pure truth, but that is rare.
