Luckily most of the members of ATS are intelligent enough to not buy into the media's lies and propaganda. Our job is to make sure that Ron Paul gets enough exposure through word of mouth and alternative media outlets, as that really is his only chance of becoming our president, since he faces such opposition by those who would maintain the failed status quo. Don't let this kind of talk get you down, let it motivate you instead to support such a great man with all you can.
Edit to add: I love what the commentator says: "We are not a Libertarian country." Ha, I think the founding fathers of this country would agree with you. We certainly have fallen away from the principals that this nation was founded upon. I think a nice rebuttal to his statement would be that we certainly are not a Libertarian country, but anyone who is familiar with Libertarianism would like this country to be Libertarian. That is unless they are insane or benefit from the country being what it has become.

My favorite part is when the host goes, "for all of you sending me emails over the past 24 hours" and he then points to the guy, never seen em before but is definitely not a Ron Paul supporter

In the Netherlands a few years back an outsider also was surprisingly going well in the elections, he was leaving all existing political parties behind. He ALSO did not wanted to participate in the Joint Strike Fighter. And had some arguments AGAINST political correct behavior, immigration etc. Although all the politicians ridiculed him, the media laughed at him.. They were all very nervous.. Because the public finally did hear some SENSE.. Sounds familiar?

Just before election day he got killed. ( But even dead he got a huge election victory )

And you see how they are labeling Paul as a libertarian because he ran for president for that party. But you notice how nobody is mentioning that Perry has been elected into office under both republican and democrat parties. I guess they think just because a ahole is governor of texas that makes you a good candidate for president. I say it's time to start mass emailing Faux news reporters demanding to know why they are ignoring Paul.

anyone who still watches FOX for truth is SO FAR BEYOND HELP at this point, i really dont see the point in bothering to check up on them.

His name is Pim Fortuin, but that doesn't really matter,it is about the same path.

The establishment will simply not allow an outsider to take over the show, especially as his/her viewpoints are not on their agenda's.

Really, did you think he had a chance at the Republican ticket when you can find YouTube videos of him calling for the legalization of drugs? Makes grandma smith in red state x frown when she remembers how her grandkids robbed her and took the tv in order to buy some meth. That alone is enough to scare most of them. Then using media highspeak to transform things like social security, medicare, etc., into "entitlements"...there ya go.

Why do people even waste their time watching these worthless news outlets? I have given up on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News; all of them are not worth the time spent watching the absolute garbage that flows from their mouths. It is not just the Ron Paul issue it is all issues, they love humping the leg that feeds them. As Gerald Celente calls them, “Presstitutes”, that is all they are and all the more respect that should be given to them.

Where do I get my news other than the computer? Fox Business Channel, believe it or not they do not trash Ron Paul, they do not follow the wars like they are Gods will, and they do not obey the orders of the establishment. Oh sure I know they have their handlers, all media people do, but at least those on Fox Business are allowed off their chains. Just tonight Judge Napolitano was asking why the media covered Bachmann and not Paul, why the media said Bachmann, Romney, and Perry are the front runners after Paul just lost by 150 votes.

He's simply telling the truth.

It is time to boycot all the MSM and let them know we are boycotting them. They operate on money and ratings like it or not.
