Restoration payment deducted from any future earnings for life ie an “offender tax”

Denial of all future social monetary benefits ie no access to any Benefit Payments and no State Pension.

Sterilisation to ensure extinction from gene pool.

Personal details and offence listing placed on a publicly accessible data base.

Make them see the damage that they have caused to their own people. Then make them rebuild and clean up what they have destroyed. Someone just needs to tell these idiots that looting and burning down businesses isn't going to suddenly get you jobs.... if you burn down businesses that is one less potential place of employment.
It's time people stopped pussy-footing around and get hard on these kids. They just need a father/mother figure in their lives. Get told what to do, how they can improve their lives and get spanked if they do anything illegal.

I think it might be about time government brings back national service. It'll give these apparently deprived people a sense of purpose for a year or two and instill abit of discipline in them.

Id give them 2 years national service for every crime, asbo etc.

Then they might learn some discipline.

Being in the army would be worse than being in prison for them.
