Funny coincidence, I think I got sick just before that last time I stopped, and yes it did help me, even if i wanted to smoke, I couldn't because is
was to harsh on my throat. So if it helps u to quit, it can't be all that bad
BTW, congrats on your warn, u were right, it was worth it lol... Can't believe someone would start such a stupid thread.
UK : Hehe, not too sad, i've been doing this since GTA 3 lol...
Off-Topic: I stopped working-out regularly since august approx. My work-out session have been very sporadic since then. But today, I thought I would
re-start seriously. I even bought a new bench and more weights not long ago. So to start even more seriously, I even added a few weights on the big
bar for my bench. Today, for the first time in years of working-out (with me being alone 95% of the time), I stayed stucked under the bar on the
bench, after the 10th rep of my third series.
It was the first time it happenned, so I was like "Crap. What the hell do I do." lol... So I put the bar on my abs for a while. Then tried lifting
it 2 times, didn't worked out. Was too tired. So I manage to put it on the ground, without "dropping" it, but it wasn't too easy lol...
Now I'll be more carefull. At the 9th rep, I was like "Dammit! This was hard, I should stop there." but my ego was like "Come on, wuss, one
more!"
Aaah...human beings...
