When the Federal Income Tax was put into effect, the elite prepared for it by 'donating' millions, a great deal, of their money, into various
charitable foundations, funds, and non-profit organizations. Then, those tax-exempt entities' directors, (who may or may not have been under the
direct command of those same elite powerbrokers), invested their windfalls in the exact same corporations that the money came out of, 5 percent here,
7 percent there, all adding up to controlling interest without the appearance of ownership. So, they mostly avoided the tax, looked philanthropic,
and actually profitted financially in the process. After decades of buying and selling shares and setting up parent organizations, layer upon layer,
it is very hard to discern exactly how much they control. But, it is very likely that they control the banks, oil companies, primary resource
companies, and utilities, which is pretty much everything. And all from a hand's off, dissociated position.
How many diamonds do the De Beers have tucked away? No one knows, but it is more than anyone else, so they control the prices by limiting the amount
they put on the market each year. Bill Gates is a wealthy man, certainly, but he isn't in the same league as these guys....... well okay, he is in
the same league, but he's a rookie riding the pine.
