Job listings say the unemployed need not apply

I've notice A LOT of postings which discriminate against older workers.

They won't come right out and say older workers need not apply but they say stuff like
"no more than five years experience"
"position perfect for someone's second job out of college"

I guess when you have 100 qualified workers applying for one job, it's easier for employers to discriminate.
