Please make a distinction between the falsely pious and the truly pious. I can imagine certain religious people being hateful and I can imagine other religious people being willing to die before causing decay in themselves or others. Blanket statements such as yours are hardly productive and are quite vulgar (by the truest sense of the word). I'd rather you use "4 letter words" and communicate something definite than use terms and phrases entirely lacking poignancy.

Deny ignorance, my friend.

Religion is what's causing the most harm in the Middle East. Sorry to bring the "vulgar" truth.

Organized religion is what's causing the most harm to the whole world. The lynching of children in Africa, the current problems in the Middle East, the pain and suffering of who-knows-how-many children and families by the pedophile Catholic priests, the sheer toture of the presence of Sarah Palin in the MSM, and who can forget the ancient crusades? It is now and always been.

Those pigs which the Zionists control, right? You do know that capitalism is a Jewish invention as well- did you even notice the words "Rothschild Boulevard" in the article?

Ironically, those thoughts were placed into your head by Jews long ago in order to make us all puppets to their own will. Notice how there are no television programs or social studies on how bad Judaism is and the follies that the followers of that faith have committed throughout the centuries. Think about that!

Good find. I did some searching and found a few other links about these protests.

news.yahoo.com...

Tens of thousands of Israelis marched in the coastal city of Tel Aviv on Saturday to protest against rising housing prices and social inequalities in the Jewish state, an AFP correspondent said.

Brandishing banners and slogans which read "We want justice, not charity" and "When the government is against the people, the people are against the government", demonstrators from all over Israel rallied in support of hundreds of people who have set up protest camps against the government's economic and social policies.

english.peopledaily.com.cn...

Israelis, fed up with high housing prices, ramped up ongoing protest actions in different cities on Monday, including blocking roads in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Beersheba, and other locations.

In line with the public discontent, Israeli medical staffers are also staging demonstrations and strikes against low salaries and what they view as poor working conditions, that left most Israeli hospitals understaffed on Monday.

Looks like these protests were organized over the internet again to

www.theepochtimes.com...

What started as a small protest on Facebook by Daphni Leef, 26, a freelance filmmaker protesting high rents on July 14, has spread across the country. For over a week, “tent cities” have sprouted up around the country, starting with 10 tents on Rothschild Blvd. in Tel Aviv. By Saturday night, tens of thousands of people from across Israel rallied in central Tel Aviv.

Speakers who took the stage at Saturday’s rally were not politicians, but teachers, social workers, and students demanding not only rent reductions and more housing, but lower prices on basic food items, changes to the education system, and better salaries in the health system.

Also, from what I understand, it seems that the government is okay with the protest. They said something along the lines of, "we know about these problems, and we are trying to help solve them"

Tents on Rothschild blvd... How ironic. I love it!!!

Rest assured, these demonstrations have nothing to do about neither peace or the Palestinians. Stop trying to link between two completely different issues. It's anti-government, anti-Bibi, yes, but not due to the reasons you convince yourselves about.

If anyone is really interested in this demonstrations, and is not in this thread only to yell anti Israeli BS, this is how it goes -

This is about an economical struggle of the mid-class citizens in Israel, and the exceptional high price of apartments. An average monthly rental fee of an average apartment in Tel Aviv for example, is 4000 NIS (roughly 1200$). A really small one costs 3000 a month (about 900$).
There is one possible way around this, which is purchasing an apartment through a mortgage loan.. yet, this requires one to pay a starters price of a certain % of the apartment's worth, which is (if you're talking about an average apartment) 300,000 NIS - 88300$ more or less.
Not only does an average Israeli cannot afford such a high price, even if he could, he is basically enslaved for tens of years to the mortgage system which eventually costs him more or less the same amount of money spent even if he ended up renting an apartment for so long. His children will enjoy a real estate property though.

Another demonstration is held by the vast majority population of intern doctors, who receive pathetic salaries considering their demanding jobs. Currently hundreds of doctors have resigned (26.7) and caused a havoc in the medical sect.

Is the government in trouble? Could very well be. Lots of people have had enough being poorer and poorer while suffering harsher taxes every year while the major corporations and the rich population are enjoying a lightened grip of taxes with each and every year.

Is the population going to do something about it? Probably not more than quiet demonstrations. Israeli public is very obedient and submissive to authority, and I'm ashamed to say it. From what I can see, we lack the fighting spirit of our cousins the Arabs, when it comes to go out against your own government at the risk of losing it all.

Am I for the downfall of this government? Hell yeah!

Should this be of any political use against Israel? In my opinion, no. This has nothing even remotely relevant to peace, war, army, palestinians, neighboring countries etc. Using this solely social demonstration as a tool to bash Israel's policy in Gaza is amusing at best.

Those "Revolution"s were nothing but a way in which to overthrow the monarchs of Muslim countries and establish fake democracies owned by Zionists, like every other Revolution of the last five centuries.

Yes.
Wouldn't you want a rebellion against greedy bankers and corrupted governments?

I wanted to add that your comment made me smile only because the more prominent global bankers are of Jewish descent and the irony is what enticed the innocent smirk.

What does the ethnic or religion of global bankers have to do with any of this? Are they directly related to the Israeli government? Can they be tied up together with the same definition as 'the state of Israel' or 'government of Israel'?

Lots of muslims beat their wives. If a honest muslim man gets shot by his wife, will you smirk too because of the irony in that?

There is nothing related between the Israeli government making life hard for the average Israeli, and bankers of Jewish origin.

There is a very big irony to it. Considering it as the Jewish/Zionists mafias raping every single Christian country dry for the last couple of centuries and corrupting them I would say you Jews deserve whatever comes to you. Jesus didn't say that Jews comes from "The Synagogue of Satan" for nothing.

And before you say anything, my grandmother is Jewish, but she hates Jews and considers them vile.

I am no goy you can manipulate. Shalom.

No worries; although I will hope for you to set your heart on charitable order (which is unseen) instead of setting your heart against itself. Bitterness is a powerful "cycle" to grow out from. Just as the falsely religious strive against what is true (OrderlyCharity).

Thankyou!! I'm personally getting fed up with peoples inability to seperate race and religion when it comes to arguments of persecusion...

Racism is abhorent, and has no place in a civilised society. This we can all agree on....

Questioning someone's religious beliefs however, is probably the last taboo left in modern society...... but I ask you.... why should we not be allowed to question someone else's belief structure....?? The old argument was "Let people belive what they want to believe, as long as it doesn't affect my life"..... I would argue that this is now not the case..... and has not been for some time... these peoples extreme views are affecting our lives.....

The jews are not a race... they are a collection of like minded individuals that share a belief structure... and as far as I am concerned this belief structure is open to questioning.... just like every other belief should be.....

Let's not get confused between the two.....

The Jews certainly and obviously have a "factor" which causes them to be so set apart. However, this is now only occurring/manifesting in this way because so many have not heeded the Word (I do not mean the bible). At one time the Jews were set apart nationally because they conducted themselves by the understanding of the Word and expressed that understanding by the power of the Spirit of the Word. They knew that Man is a living animal. They knew that God is Life. They knew that God filled every creature and thing up, but Man, especially, longed for communion with the unseen (Abraham).

When God told the Jews that Life (the Truth which is unseen despite being everywhere) had come down as a "vulgar" beast to be with them and to lift them up, they aggressively indicated that they knew a better route for their souls to go from the dirt to the realm of the unseen and that it is preposterous to consider such a power would distill down for our sake. While it is not truly a shame that Joshua died, since it was the physical conception of the marriage of the unseen and the seen, it is certainly heartbreaking and beautiful. It is a perfect image of how each person should conduct themselves towards Life and others. Whether by story, or by history, we can see and relate to a greater conduct, a greater life to express.

For us to conceive of such great logic and transform parts of the earth into new shiny toys, and, if our unseen bodies are not also transformed, our labors are the gasping of a dead man. So, I again ask others to embrace the good that they know that can be rather than flailing around shouting harsh condemnations. I strive to not, nor can I righteously, condemn anyone because I am the same as them. However, I strive with all that I am to be a good judge. Failure is forgiven; it is Man who cuts himself off. Man certainly does forget; it is Truth who does not forget.

...
So then, post "Messiah," we can see that the Jews have returned to a place of exceptional understanding and expression relative to the other peoples, but with an obviously perverted twist in the trunk of their "tree." There are so many reasons why that is, and it is not important at this time since it would only cause grief. The main issue is for us to turn back to what they knew and rejected:

We should conduct ourselves by the understanding of Truth and express that understanding by the power of the Comfort(er) of Truth. We should remember that Man is a living animal. We should remember that God is Life and Life is alive or it would be dead. We should remember that Life fills every creature and thing up, but Man, especially, longs for communion with the unseen and should be thankful to grow in such an amazing thing. We should remember that Life (the Truth which is unseen despite being everywhere) is in us, "vulgar" beasts, to be with us and to lift us up.

Life is so alive as to be able to enter into this realm of decay, lose his life, and take it back. If this is in us, Light is in us.
It is supremely crazy to live as though life is dead simply because we see so much decay and also see through/by it. Pride and Chaos are both decay unto death. Do not judge the sample by one lens (pride), do not neglect to judge the sample (chaos), but do judge the sample with wisdom (Life - Order/Charity). True hope is unseen, but strikingly obvious.
