well my body is transmuting the denseness and vibrating all over and my awareness is flying around the place like i can make a stream of my awareness fly into the sky,around in circles,through my house and i can see it flying around me , it really is amazing,i lay down and i can feel myself floating and flying around while at the same time being aware that i am just laid down.

Also my eyes feel like their gigantic like i am looking through the eyes of a god and my mind feels like the universe is pouring into it. We are in amazing times people!!!!!!! please hear the truth in what i am saying.

Now, I can relate to some of what you are describing as I've experienced something similar through kinesthetic meditation (such as Vipassana):

The closest I can come to imagining what you're describing here would be by recalling sensations experienced through Qigong and Taiji Quan, something like a streaming of molten metal through the body with a dense, slow-moving quality to it, and bouts of extremely fast vibrations so intense at times, that your whole body shakes uncontrollably.

As you can tell, I don't doubt that you are experiencing all these things you described and I know first-hand that you don't need to be on drugs for any of this to happen.
What is unclear to me is your interpretation. How do you know that your body is "transmuting" and, most importantly, where did you get this absolute certainty that all this is connected to an Ascension?

i know my body is transmuting because i can actually see it ,i got the absolute certainty because it's the very reason i am on the earth right now.The cycle is closing and there will be a mass ascension.

i've always wanted to do this....

If you have waited for 2012 to ascend then you are being deceive in your mind and in your body.
You don't have to wait for any date or segment of date to come, you have to act in your inner being as soon as you get the clue....did you get the clue?
The clue are skated all around you, they may be shown as a child that needs you or a old person that wants to spend time with you, or even you wanted to get alone for some time.
The answer for your life is not in the sky as it is deep in you...remember this when love cross your reality.

I do have a question. Will the ascension be a DNA process or a physical process? Meaning, will we adapt genetically for future generations OR will be go to another planet/dimension and continue on our lives there? This is what gives me the most trouble with ascension. If there is to be a new earth, wouldn't the survivors/ascending people live on this earth?

Im new to the whole idea of ascension but from what I understand is that at some time (possibly 2012-2013) humanity is suppose to ascend from the 3rd dimession to the 5th. Somthing that I started thinking about with the whole ascention concept is somthing i noticed from a different thread on the website about some interesting things going on in Giza. I read a post about a prophecy on the article that said

"that a person will discover what is purportedly directly under the great pyramid an object that will aid in pushing humanity into a more connected/loving reality"

From what I understand about the ascension into the 5th dimension doesnt it seem like somthing strange is starting to happen? A device that will aid in pushing humanity into a more connected reality? Isnt that similar to what is suppose to happen when those who are ready, ascend into the 5th demension?

Could sound completly crazy, but kinda struck me as odd so thought I would mention it. Scary thought that if there really is somthing under the pyramid that is suppose to aid us with this transition that the government will probably end up with complete control over it.
