8-3-11 Creepy Website! Can We Figure Out The Code?!?!

I called it with the houston area code... someone answered that was oriental- however they said hello, not can I hep you? or a diner name

Oh, creepy! The page is called "Find your place" The "You're Lost" image is called "TheCorkTree.png" and the mp3 is called "LostInTheMountains.mp3" I haven't listened to it, what's on it!?

I am sure everyone by now has viewed the actual source code on the ImagesofBelle.html I have seen the alt tags for each image but take a look at the actual file names itself. See the on each image.

OK take take a loo at this. I noticed that on a few of the file names spaces were left in them giving the default %20. I then put all the image names together.

The Switch Born in Houston I fell down I could not stand The Law.

I got a warning for posting something on this thread earlier, what a dumb move to warn me for. Deduct all my points I don't care. Ban me even, I did nothing but try an have some fun.

This site is starting to lose it's flare, its ok to be overly paranoid and make retarded statements if your being serious, but having a little fun isn't.

I am grasping here but what if it is a "Switch" it would make sense given the fact that the diagrams posted here show some type of container with rocks underground wires running to relay switches(lines that look like lightning bolts) and the same thing on the other side. A switch to what and for what?

the mannequin doesnt look upside down to me, it looks like a crash test dummy which has had the arms removed and everything from the waist down removed. also earlier someone said that one of the formspring answers was "all will be revealed" (this was said during the quasi-argument about whether this was a social experience, right around the time someone posted "you either get it or you dont." - i dont know if the "all will be revealed" was a verbatim quote from formspring, but if it was, then there is yet another musical inference "all will be revealed" is a line in Led Zeppelin's Kashmir. there seems to be quite a few music references. is it possible this isn't a movie, but is a BAND? when they said they werent trying to market a movie, or game, etc. they never did say they werent trying to promote a band. what i can';t understand is why the date is so important. they said it couldnt be done before, that it can only be done on this date, and that there will not be an opportunity to do it in the future, as if this is a once in a lifetime event. that brings us to elenin (again). i also think that the umbrella could be symbolic of a shower - such as the Perseid meteor shower next month (it IS next month, right?) ... stones could be meteors, couldnt they? sorry if i am not as up on this as you guys, i only just discovered this whole thing, so i am trying to read weeks worth of posts on the web.

oh and could F and B be Forward and Backwards instead of Front and Back. seems this contraption indicates motion of some sort. and is this thing mounted to a train track?

I had the same thoughts regarding a band or some person in the musical field/background. There are way too many references to musicians and songs to think that the person has no musical interest. Take a look at my thread posted back on pg. 61. I talk about the relevance of the musical references:

The idea that all of this is for a band or some musician seems likely. They did say they did not want to make any money from this, but that their other followers could if they wished. Maybe it's a band who does not believe in selling their music/talent, but say it's okay if their followers/fans do.

Could it be about people possibly not getting their Social Security checks because of the debt ceiling not being raised?

Also a possibility, When I look at that picture of a mannequin, the little drawing on the left side reminds me of some kind of control surface. Like a console for radio broadcasting, the mannequin itself could represent the radio antenna, the other little drawing on the right, I have no clue what it could be. Possibly a generator or power to supply the control surface/antenna?

did anyone not see the similarities of the oriental restraunt being on 11113 bellaire blvd, the number from the taxi in one of thepictures had it. It may have gotten looked over

On the language side of this mess, didn't the group say on the question board that each symbol represents an entire word? Or did they change their minds? Because if each symbol represents an entire word rather than a letter, the translations we have on here would be wrong... Am I way off base on this?

If each symbol represents a word, then should we perhaps look into logographic writing systems like some of the east asian languages, egyptian glyphs, mayan writing, that sort of thing?

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, but I finally had to take a day (okay, not a whole day...but as long as I could stand it - lol) off of this thread and tend to my life.

My suggestion is a bit dull compared to all the great theories and hard work done. However, on one of my now regular Google searches on this matter I stumbled across this site and event:

Organised by: Houston arts alliance (I believe the 8.3.11 site is run from Texas, so location of origin)
If you look at the map there is a Bell Street close by.

I also see they are run largely on donations and one of their aims is to promote tourism to the area. On 8.3.11 site one of their requests it that others spread the word for them. Well what better way to grab attention than this. On 8.3.11, the knowledge tab shows a black umbrella - well this org. covers many different areas of arts/culture so perhaps the symbol is just that. Last link I could begin to make up :-) is they have a Holocaust Museum. Many people across the web have linked Belle to the Holocaust. When asked if we would see more pictures of Belle before 8.3.11 the answer was 'that's up to you'. So our choice to go see their stuff??

Ok so all the other links are missing such as the sounds, the codes etc. but hey! A long shot I know but until they tell us we can only keep guessing:-)

i wonder if they are in houston and used there surrounding area to create this thing. There is Jesuit school on that road as well.
