It is not a non issue when people are drug through court over and over for no good reason. Rich corporations have used this tactic to break people financially when they can't beat them legally. If they keep this up, they could force her into abject poverty. Leave it to people like you to think that the truth is sensationalism.

Then they will ticket her and arrest her for having dead unsightly plants.
They will probably use weed killer ..it works quicker .
