Been there myself in London, on a freedom of the city march with my unit.

After the march a few morons started to give me and my lads abuse.

They are now missing teeth and a few more brothers in afghanistan.

Stuff like that sticks in our minds and when we get deployed their brothers pay the price for them

To be honest i am sure that the government send us thousands of milles away on purpose

Because i can assure you that we KNOW what is going on and the talk of getting rid comes up quite often

Some of the responses are funny too. My Dad managed 2 pubs in the Burnley area, both in Muslim hotspots, don't think I heard one local complain about being abused for drinking beer. Hell, half the off licenses selling alcohol these days are Muslim owned.

Never in my 22 years has a Muslim so much as remarked on my drinking, and I lived in some Muslim-heavy areas.

You have to wonder where these stories come from, Muslims are without question the least intrusive of all the brainwashed religious people. Not in my entire life has a Muslim so much as mentioned Islam to me, nevermind trying to convert me.

The EDL are largely football hooligans and like football hooligans they're largely scared.

If the EDL had any stomach they'd be taking action on a day to day basis, rather than leaving their towns to have a ruckus in foreign land. EDL Burnley wouldn't go into the heart of the Muslim community in Burnley and kick off, for example. They'll only tear-up miles away from home because they're afraid of retribution.
