Nail on the head my friend. The minute someone with that much authority and power decides to step above the regulations and laws they are bound to it is akin to treason.

Been lurking here for many a year muzzle, without getting the brown stuff on my nose I have to say I'm generally a fan of how your brain operates. Look forward to future conversations with you my brother.

appalled!

I am against breaking the Law and Violating Civil Liberty.

I am for those who defend Civil Liberty and Uphold the Law.

Punching a handcuffed man begging for a restroom is a major violation of various liberties. This was clearly not a LEO, but instead a LBO. Law Breaking Officer.

This was covered on ATS a while back, and I took interest in the topic because that exact cop (Krause) had arrested me a few weeks prior to that video.

My lawyer had Officer Krause on the stand, pointing out the difference between video from his cruiser, his reports, and his testimony.
The judge decided that, due to Officer Krause's years of service, and exemplary record, he must be telling the truth.

And... why were you arrested? I mean... everyone in jail is innocent right?

Well I dont know about you, but I never rode in the back of a police car handcuffed.... and why? Well... because I didnt do anything SLIGHLY illegal. And thats true innocence.

I think that anyone that rides in the back of a police car, handcuffed is NOT innocent. I dont care if its by an inch or a mile but hes not innocent. I was never "arrested for nothing"... theres always something.

Its like that idiot that was released in wales after being charged of raping a 16 year old girl... the judge decided that the man suffered from a sleep disorder that makes him perform sexual acts while asleep so he cant be held accountable. Well... nobody really asked how did the 16 year old ended up in his bed I guess... I never got that lucky... I never had cute girls magically appearing on my bed at the middle of the night, I usually have to take her home and let them in and all that "reality" crap.

So being a criminal pays off! Nice... we better shoot anyone that violates the law, on the spot, just so they cant be released later by a retarded judge and a retarded jury. (and btw... that jury crap you have on the states its laughable at best)

So The Judge Damned His Own Lying Eyes?

Typical Judicial Corruption.

Heres a mid hearing video published prior to his sentence.

The video is a report of the incident and court case.

Seems like everyday there is another police brutality video posted on here. Now imagine how much is NOT caught on video or the video goes "missing". Scary stuff.

It'd be cool if someone compiled all those videos into one and it went viral.

And last the final sentence video.

Wow.. you gave me a flashback. I was in a small redneck town in NY (yes, there are rednecks in NY) and I went through a yellow light where the local Barney Fife was waiting for the green at one of the cross streets. He followed me all the way through town and into a convenience store where I had to top off my washer fluid because of the rain and mud.

He saunters over and decides to harass me and informs me that I blew the red light, which was a complete lie. But of course he lied knowing that I would be convicted, even though I had TWO witnesses in the car with me who testified before this ancient crooked judge. After all the testimony, the judge declared "Well, I've lived in this town all my life and there's no way you could have made that light. Guilty." WHAT?? He wasn't even there and didn't see anything. Another case of believing a lying cop over a truthful citizen.

Talk about a kangaroo court. After relieving me of a C note, I walked up to the redneck cop in the hallway and got about 3 inches from his face and said "I drive through this town all the time. I dare you to pull me over again." I could see him crap his overalls. I never did get stopped again.

The cop is clearly a child

The fact that he hit the man while he is handcuffed shows the Police officer is a Coward.

It feels good to see that the scum bag cop got a year and half behind bars for such abuse of power.

He punched a human being that was hand-cuffed

was just trying to go to the washroom.( Not piss his pants)

The cop is a cowardly child for hitting someone who is handcuffed.

Have fun in the slammer. Good to hear Justice Was served

At The Risk Of Having My Post Removed As Off Topic...

How Is The Weather In Fantasy Land?

I Used To Regularly Go On Ride-A-Longs for school projects. Did That Make Me Criminal?

I Was Rear Ended In A Traffic Accident And had To Give My Report In The Back Of A Police Car...

A noble thing to say... but if the handcuffed guy had just raped and killed your daughter you'd beat him to death even if he was in a wheelchair, fed by tubes and under artificial life support.

Its relativity at its finest.

Noble, but not true.

I dont remember kids in ride-alongs being handcuffed...

Oh neither do victims of auto accidents... unless you're guilty and it involved deaths of anyone or you were dui...

So... why were you handcuffed?

So Your A Big Supporter Of Due Process.

Honestly, Pray-Tell, How Can You Justify This Even After Knowing The Ex-Officer Was Convicted & Sentenced To 1 1/2 Years For His Crime?

What If That Was You Or Someone You Loved???

Not that it's your concern, and I certainly
hate to prove you wrong, but......

At the time I was a manager at a well known sports bar that specializes in chicken wings, downtown Milwaukee.
I pulled away from work, still in my clothes, with insignia emblazoned.

Krause followed me for at least twenty minutes, as I drove my Mustang toward home.
He was right behind me the whole way, quite obvious.

He eventually pulled me over, according to him I deviated from my lane. (I had been working, not drinking)
After passing his roadside sobriety test, he cuffed me, put me in the back of his cruiser, turned the heat up to the highest setting, and let me sit there for 50 minutes, in August.

He searched my car (found nothing) and had it towed, then informed me that I was under arrest on suspicion of auto theft.
What!!!!

Prior to being booked, I had to do the breath-a-lyzer at the station, then was booked.
Needless to say, I couldn't believe this was happening.

I was bailed out an entire day, later. (booking in Milwaukee takes 18 hours, bail takes 6-8 hours to post).

Seems my black Mustang had been entered as being blue by the DMV.
My plates were correct, and up to date, the address listed on the title matched the address on my D.L., etc.

Breath test was a pass, car was mine.
It was so obvious, the D.A. couldn't believe I had been charged.

We tried to fight the lane deviation charge, but he got that one to stick.
That's true crime fighting, no?

18 months in prison? Seems like grandpa ought to learn not to face-punch handcuffed suspects while his own video is rolling!

He is a real bright one!
