I understand the grandmother story and that's horrible but no facts were given for me to research or consider and usually those types of responses are more often than not just contrived to argue a point.

You ask for personal experiences with the patriot act taking away our freedoms and right to privacy, and then call us liars when we give you one? Even if I were to post copies of the police reports, you would simply say that they were fabricated. You wonder why I'd like to have this discussion with you face to face in a hidden, unlit place... The answer is, because people like you are the reason why we have legislation like The Patriot Act and Judicial Rulings like that discussed in the OP, and no matter how much evidence there is that it's damaging this country, you refuse to accept it. When there is no chance of bringing a person around to the side of what is right, they become your enemy. You, and all who have the inability to stand for what is right, are my enemy.
