I have to say that none of this sort of thing bothers me in the slightest. In fact, I would gleefully anticipate anything that would put an end to "corporate" earth. I mean an end to the big shots who run the planet not the planet itself. I would not mind being a casualty if it were because the earth was cleansing itself and starting fresh with a new batch of humans. That would be fine.

It'd be nice to have a few months notice though. Other than that I don't give a crap. I have a clear conscience and am not afraid of death in the slightest. In fact I look forward to it when it comes. What a relief it will be.... No more politics or religion or Cialis ads on TV to suffer through.

good question. Im not very knowlegable about space phenomenon so your guess is as good as mine. This was something that i had heard so i figured id pass it along.

Ok, I can go along with that, however, that still does not explain how the work gets done that requires a human, from an unmanned craft.

There are many more than just the one we saw on Television and being reported in the media. They have extremely advanced robotics that allow humans on earth to control with surgical precision. They have launched LARGE payloads into orbit that are acting as glorified storage units that have the supplies to retrofit dozens of satellites each. These mini shuttles go into orbit, hit these payloads, and take what is needed to shield each of the major satellites. The priority being military, communications, and some scientific.

I have even heard that they an incredibly advanced form of stealth/cloaking technology to keep observers on earth from catching on.

The world is going to change drastically very soon, but the world governments are working to ensure they are able to maintain control over the world's most vital centers.
