Thanks for posting this, DaddyBare. Everybody needs to read it. We have our corrupt Supreme Court to thank for this kind of nonsense.

The ruling elite has mastered this art of the shell corporation to a tee.
There is very little chance of tracing down the guy behind the guy behind the guy.
Also the CEOs and officers of the board of many corporations travel seemlessly from private to goverment to private and back again at very high levels....how can one even think that these people could be neutral and unbiased in their decisions and policies.Many times corporate figures enter the goverment solely to get certain beneficial legislation for their companies, and then slide back into the private running of their corp when they get what they wanted....

Except for the fact that you have to prove the business is being run from that location for zoning. Im guessing anything money related is going to a PO Box which is federal property.

Often times such 'companies' are used for asset protection. For instance. Some people hold their homes under such corporations. Then if they are sued, the home cannot be taken from them. Likewise people put their homes into corporations to facilitate the legal transfer of the stock to another family member. It is cheaper and easier to transfer stock than it is to go through all the hassel of transferring it via country realestate transfers. Nothing illegal about doing this.

The USA is a haven for those in other countries to set up such Corporations/LLC's etc. There are also other countries which have large businesses doing this for Americans.

Yes there are those who do this to hide taxes, but usually it is just sensible asset protection.

Wow, I had no idea! I just found myself very interested in secret banking and the like when I discovered that Liechtenstein is an international tax haven/shell corporation. I had no idea it was happening in my own country! (although I tend to assume we're capable of anything over here)
