You may not have had a chance to read my post yet since I posted just before you did, but as I said just before you, since we see bugs before and after that, I see no reason to rule out that moving thing in the middle of the video is also a bug.

Ah folks, these beams of lights are all over the north central part of Iraq. I have seen them from the air as recently as the beginning of May 2011 while flying. They can only been seen while looking through NVG's and seem to be coming from areas where there is oil drilling platforms in the desert. I hate to break it to you but it appears to be nothing more then man made lights.
