I just found out about US Military underground bases in Australia.

OK first off the bat dont waste your time asking me for pictures or proof because i dont have any. All i have is this account of what happened. The following is what i was told to me tonight by someone who may or may not be part of my immediate family. I was told specifically not to post this info on Farcebook as this person knows i can be quite political on public forums. They however didnt mention anything about ATS. granted they dont even know about the existence of this site so its rather a moot point. They were quite adamant that i tone my views down a bit. and did mention that Telstra (Australia's former government owned telecommunications company now privatized) were in no small part involved in monitoring activity that goes on with net traffic and phone calls. but that is not why im writing this post.

It all started as conversations at the dinner table start with light hearted humor and standard fluff conversation. This person in question who i will call "Bob" was quietly listening to me having a discussion about my general mistrust of the government and my beliefs that there is way too much secrecy withing the governments themselves. Before i continue i have to say Bob is a straight shooter, this guys word is solid and ill take his word 10 times over some you tube nut proclaiming to be part of some Illuminati cult. So here i am at the dinner table talking about all sorts of stuff and i get onto pine gap and how the installation is on Australian soil but is fully manned and funded by the US military, and how even the Australian Prime minister doesn't know whats going on in there.

This was when Bob chuckled out loud and said pine gap is nothing, its a red herring used to keep people from the real secret underground bases around Australia. Bob has been in the construction industry for the better part of 45 years. From what he told me colleagues of his have been contracted by the Australian government in conjunction with the US military to work on these underground facilities. he said the facility is about 2 km underground and its massive. They are placed around the coastal areas starting from Perth and extending all the way to Townsville. he said there are between 10 or 15 that he knows of maybe more. he said Melbourne and Sydney didnt have any as far as he knew but they might have been built before his time which would have been in the 50's and 60's. I asked if they were connected and he said he didnt know.

Here is the hyper paranoid part. turns out the Australian Government come to his company once a year and actually "scout" potential workers for this task. its apparently a 6 month gig and the pay is 3-4 K a week.

Here is what he says happened to a mate of his that got asked if he wanted to do the job.

he was picked up at the airport by military and driven to a motel, where he was left for 2 days. after that they picked him up but he was told to leave all his belongings and was told he had to go with them with nothing but the shirt on his back. he was driven at night to a location in the middle of nowhere where they made him strip and burned his closed before x raying him and providing him with all the clothes and other items he would need for the rest of the 6 months. He was told not to speak about his experiences but as Bob put it laborers never keep their mouths shut. Bob knows a lot more than he is letting on and from the tone of his voice he was keeping stuff back because he didnt want to endanger himself and the people that have been to these sites. i have done my best to maintain as much anonymity as possible so hopefully i havent revealed anything other than the fact that these bases exist.

If anybody knows of or have heard of these bases i would love to hear your thoughts on them.

you can believe what you want. and where exactly are these holes you speak of. all im doing is recounting what was told to me. And since you were not in the room and you dont know the person i suggest you think before speaking. Depending upon how intent the authorities would be, I would say that you, who are traceable--recently having dinner with "Bob"--who will be thus, traceable also--have put him on the hot seat, if what we have been told is mostly true.

Basically, you have betrayed a friend or family member because of your need to yak it up. You should be pleased with yourself. "Bob" won't be, of course.

Most Australians know there are numerous underground military bases in Australia; that's not news to us Australians, however, you have betrayed your friend on an open public domain even though your friend is full of BS and most likely played you for the fool that you are.

I believe you. I think these underground bases are actively being built all over the globe. Many people have reported hearing rumbling sounds and I believe that it's underground digging. For what who knows?

I heard these sounds myself one afternoon in 2007 near Port Wentworth, GA the ground shook for a split second and was immediately followed by a loud rumbling noise that lasted for about ten minutes. I thought I was losing it until I saw my neighbor and they asked WTF is that?

The majority of Australia is so remote they could get away with practically anything there and the majority of us wouldn't have a clue.

Are you suggesting my lack of knowledge on the subject of underground military bases in Australia makes me any less Australian than you? As for the betrayal of my source. i have done nothing of the kind. you dont know anything about them. you dont even know if they are male of female where they work or their relationship to me. couldnt agree more on the fact that there is more going on than what we are being told. i have always asked myself if all these underground bunkers are being constructed world wide who is building them and why arent they talking. well i guess now i know who is building them and as it turns out they are talking. albeit in very hushed tones and only to certain individuals. but the info leaks out and we have a right to know.
