You've got something. What it is may not be ascertainable even after further analysis. Get back out there and get some more damn it ? What are doing inside ? You have work to do.

I understand the idea that it is a plane but after a few minutes of it moving across the sky the angled reflection would change, right? My uncle in Kentucky posted some pics like this in the last few days on his facebook page. I told him to take some video and inform MUFON if he saw it again. He saw it Friday afternoon.

I was not convinced that this is a UFO. Been waiting for it to change the angle and see the wings, because that's what usually happens - the wings can get invisible but only for a few seconds, which i've witnessed before.
Still waiting for a response from MUFON, if they tell me that's a plane - I won't be too disappointed, but seriously, there was no sign of wings at all. Also the shape of the craft did not look like any airplanes I've seen before.

Looked like 3 large white balloons to me, but that could just be the resolution, etc.

In the closest pic, you can make out what looks like 3 balloons. Granted, that's just one interpretation. Does the observed speed of the object rule that explanation out?

how does one get 10 stars for being off topic? just wondering

on topic - could be a flying object, could be unidentified, not seeing any craft features - but my eyesight is not so hot

Oh absolutely. It would not be a baloon because it was flying in piloted direction and not controlled by the wind. I've seen balloons before, this wasn't the case.

Were they flying faster than balloons in a strong wind? Keep in mind, winds can be at different speeds and directions at different altitudes. Sorry if the question was previously answered, but I skimmed previous pages and didn't see it.

I'm mostly just saying to look for mundane causes, and then methodically rule them out or as plausible as befitting the evidence, and then narrow down your candidates.

To be honest it could be anything....anything from earth i mean.

The pic doesnt have enough detail to say what it is....but from personal experience i would say you took a photo of a plane to be honest..

Your camera was trying to focus on this tiny object, thats why it doesnt look like a plane in the picture. By not looking like a plane, i mean you cant make out details such as the wings and tail.

Cigar shaped UFO - Erm.....no
UFO - Yup as we cant identify it

But its certainly terrestrial

It was a rather crude photoshop of a big fat cigar in the ops photo, which really didn't contribute much....

I would have to climb aboard the 'probably a plane' train. Its the most likely explanation, and tbh, with a tiny speck that small, nothing much further can really be ascertained to any certainty either way.

I think it is interesting. It was shot enough times as it has moved to see there is no wings it must be pretty fat around also. like a large flying propane tank :-) Can't get better pictures then that really unless it came down and sat still for you for a while.
The response of people amazes me and makes me pretty sure if I see something odd..which I have a few times, if i get pictures, I am not posting them here just to have people run me down and make fun.

People are not all blinded by their beliefs.
I could take a photo of a plane....set the focus so its not obvious its a plane...upload it and have people like you claiming its pladians or reptiles.

The other half of the crowd will use common sense...observation and logic to determine what the object is.

This looks like a picture of a plane taken at a distance the camera could not focus....i would certainly not claim its a UFO without thinking about it and using all the available information to determine its origin.

Based on the photographs, in all honesty, I really cant say for sure what it is and I dont think anyone ever will KNOW. Although there will be plenty here that will BELIEVE what it is.

We speculate and guess that it may be an aluminum skinned aircraft (fuselage is cigar shaped) flying at some oblique angle as to make it harder to see the wings but it makes me wonder why the reflection would be more intense in three sections rather than the length of the fuselage.

Maybe somewhat chopped into three distinct reflections by some darker pattern painted on the outside of the fuselage? There are a lot of aircraft companies that paint a large stripe along the row of windows on the outside of the fuselage.

The zoomed in photo does make it appear as though it is three spherical objects close to each other but zooming in on a "blossomed" image will do that, distorting what was zoomed in on even more than it already is.

But, speculation does nothing to fill the evidence coffer because it is really just opinion, right?

As of right now, another unknown until some more compelling evidence comes forward....

I would really like to see if the OP can get another picture of a known airplane with the ViviCam camera to compare this to. Doesn't necessarily have to be in the same place even. I asked how close he lived to an airport earlier because if this is a plane, it isn't at a cruising altitude. You can see contrails in the second pic, and they are way higher. Also, while there isn't much definition to this image, there would be even less if it was a plane at altitude.

So if he isn't on the runway path to an airport with winds causing this particular runway to be used which isn't normally used, then this shouldn't be in this spot if it is a plane. If a plane was this low, he should have heard it too.

I am a believer, but also a hardcore skeptic. This however, is the kind of picture I would rather see ANY day than some obviously faked video an OP refuses to accept as fake. This OP never claimed this was an alien craft. The simple fact we don't know what it is makes it a UFO. He just saw something out of the normal, and managed to get a picture of it...or 2. He says he is always looking up, so that would lead me to believe he should know the normal locations and altitudes of planes in his area. It may be be balloons...I seriously doubt it though, or who knows what.

Thanks for posting this though, and let's not attack this poster. This is not a faked image. It might not be alien, but it is something not normally seen by the OP in his or her area.

I never said I had a belief about anything...maybe it looks like a plane to you, we each have a right to look at it without people hacking at the poster for putting it up...IMO.
The fact that you decided that only those who see it your way have "common sense...observation and logic" tells me all i need to know about you.
And i don't see any reason in a discussion to be so rude!

Wait, wait, wait, lemme get this right. This thing just happened to be doing a flyby over your house when you just happened to have a camera in your hand, or did it wait patiently while you ran in to get your camera so the aliens could all wave and say "cheese"?

It is the reflection of sunlight on a jet airliner. I've seen the same effect too and some times it did concern me but after seeing it again and seeing it was an airliner, I can conclude they all are.

its either an airplane sun reflection or swamp gas rising and causing a reflection of a metallic weather balloon.

Unfortunately a camera isn't as good as the human eye. At least in this case. The OP stated the object was silver with a dark stripe. He didn't say it was a sliver of light as it appears in the pics. So shouldn't any theory of what it is be based off of what he saw?

That's flawed logic. I look into a mirror and see a reflection of me, but it;s flawed to assume all mirrors only reflect me.
Some of them definitely are planes. But that object is not at a normal cruising height. And the OP says he looks up often, so he should know if there were frequent jet pathways over his residence. It may be a jet. I'm just saying it's wrong to assume all reflective objects in the sky are jets, because some of them are.
