I think it looks like a blimp, and I also think that automatically equating aliens with ufos just buys trouble. They are NOT the same thing, until it is proved that a particular case of a particular ufo is alien.

We need, as a whole, to get out of the mindset that all ufos are aliens. There is no proof of such and the term ufo is by definition not alien. If it were, by definition, alien, it wouldn't be a ufo. It would be an alien flying object or something like that. Because it would be identified. Right?

Yup blimps can appear small depending on their distance oh and motionless.

It is in the distance which would make it look small. Blimps move slowly anyway, and due to the distance, it would appear to not be moving for quite a while.

Well for starters a little more info would have been good, Instead of heres video what do you think.

Firstly how do we know that this is MSM kazikstan and what is she saying.
Secondly, the blurry thing in the sky could have been anything from a ballon to a blimp or cgi and or a hoax.

Sorry, I don't have any more information, I have searched elsewhere but have found nothing. If I do find something related I will post it.

The YouTube poster debunks it himself with the short length; no news-segment is that short. He is purposefully trying to deceive viewers.
