I agree. It depends on what you believe, but I believe there THOUSANDS of contractors working on bases off-planet.

Wasn't this leaked by Gary McKinnon who hacked into NASA systems? There was a mention of off-planet employees if I recall correctly.

I just think there are too many emergency memos coming out of federal agencies. To me it's very suspicious...

you pay taxes to NASA so they can protect the elite.
Why would they tell you if a ELE was approaching?

I wouldn't allow your speculation about this capture the emotional bias you may or may not have concerning these tumultuous times. A friend of mine is a state employee and she is also encouraged to have an emergency preparedness plan...And has been for years.

Personally, I would look to the many dried food purchases by FEMA, FEMA camps, etc as convincing evidence of a suspected disaster than a corporate entity's polices regarding their employees.

Although, FEMA actions, emergency plans, underground shelters could all be the result of plain old fear.

At my job we have this thing called a "safety fair" where once a year everyone goes to work and does not have to work. We have to sit around and listen to speakers, comedians, someone selling a product and of course tornadoes and natural disasters are part o it blah. At the end of the day we all go home and go back to our lives. No we did not do anything that day and we were indeed schooled on safety. Now I do not work for NASA but this is COMMON in any company. I would bet that NASA sends this kind of thing out every year depending where they are. In Texas it would be hurricane season about now. Here in Iowa Tornado season.

And, a lot of you are still assuming that this is the first time this has ever been done. But, as many people have pointed out, employers have been doing this for decades. In fact, as several people, including myself, mentioned a few pages back, this particular memo is merely an 2011 issuing of a procedure introduced in 2009. It's not new, and it's not suspicious.

Again.....maybe I wasn't 100% clear, I'm talking about agencies and governments sending UNUSUAL memos about that topic. I hope you can understand now.

Perhaps the emergency preparedness plans were much more detailed, but NASA hired someone to 'edit' them, so they looked like regular government preparedness plans.

Jet Propulsion Lab went ahead and had a press junket to let everyone know that the 'plans' show exactly what they thought they were going to see.

They assured everyone that the plans are regular plans, made out of paper, and containing absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

One intrepid reporter asked if these plans had been altered in any way, to which JPL execs replied 'Uh, no.' and then had the yahoo thrown out...

And the beat goes on...

It would appear that The National Student Nurses Association or NSNA must have had prior knowledge to the winter storms we faced in 2009-2010 as shown in this memo: Disaster Preparedness Ready » 2009-10 Disaster Preparedness Winter Memo.

They must have known HAARP would have been pushing clouds in their direction.

I wonder what else these nurses have knowledge of? Sacred geometry? Nibiru?
