Feds Issue Threat: No Fly Zone for Texas

hmmmm good thing it is in TX as to here........

While this is exceptionally disheartening, it should in no way be allowed to become defeating. It certainly brings to light the futility of fighting the immovable object in the form of the US government, but we do know there has to be an opposite and equal reaction somewhere. I just hope we find it before it truly does become too late. We definitely will never find it if we give up.

All the Federal Government has to do is the following and Texas will be crushed in a month tops :

5. Get up and sequence with New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, Louisiana, Arkansas to seal off thier borders.
6. Locate and sieze any oil wells in the Gulf that have their pipes that run to the State!
7. Activate the Stuxnet virus to disable all state comminications and the state power grid.
8. Sequence with Google and any other internet provider to cut off all fibreoptic communication points and grids.
9. Disable any and all US Military installations located in Texas and suffocate them.

The question Austin seriously needs to ask themselves is "Do you really want to dance with The US Federal Government?".

This is nuts. I really hope TX fights back. I'm proud of TX for standing up.

Many if not most retail chains would consider SHUTTING DOWN one of its own stores if it continuously received an average score of 90% or less with its customer satisfaction surveys. The fact that 90% don't complain means 10% do complain, which means the TSA would be shut down if it were a private company. A 90% satisfaction rate is something to go out of business over... not something to be proud of.

TSA stands for TERRORIST SEXUAL ASSAULT. The TSA gets jollies from subverting and assaulting people sexually.

And what else makes me extremely angry is how tsa makes exceptions for Muslim women. When is the last time an American woman blew up a plane? There is no bloody reason for these people to be touching them anywhere.

Remember it is now a public service (e.g buses) it is a private industry, it is a privilege to be able to fly which is bought when you buy your ticket from the private airline.

Now if its a private industry, then they should be able to post whatever conditions they deem necessary to protect their business interests (tsa are an example of this), however flawed these measures may be, it is the airline and airport operators rights to have them in place and unfortunately that leaves you with the option of comply, or travel in a different way.

I pretty much agree with what you are saying, and I can understand how flying is a privilege. But they are still stomping on the 4th amendment. We have the right to our own person and we have the right to say "I can travel throughout this country and you can't put your hands anywhere that makes me uncomfortable". If Muslim women are only subjected to patting down around the face and head, I should get that same treatment. There is something wrong when a Muslim woman can bypass the humiliation that is put upon on non Muslim women.

PRC has way too much going on locally to concern themselves with our domestic squabbles. No call to the UN, no revolution so sorry. Martial law would be imposed in Texas. You seem to forget who trumps who and who usurps who. Cut off all telecommunications as well.

When a state seceeds from the Union one fact remains and that is The Posse Comitatus Act becomes nullified to that state.

Texas' most likely recourse as a response is cessation as that is the absolute last thing they would want to do. TSA is under Federal jurisdiction and no state has the authourity to usurp this. Just how PATRIOT was to stop terrorists and wound up being used against the nation's populous?

BTW, all we have to do with PRC is take like 1/3 of our manufacturing base out there and leverage them economically.

Flying may be a privilege, but it's also necessary for business. How do frequent business travelers have to put up with this? It can only go on for so long. Metal detectors should be more than enough and from the looks of it the private airliners did not want to implement TSA regulations any more than regular flyers did. Why? Because it delays the entire boarding process and frustrates their customers. Using 9/11 as an excuse to infringe on a private industry is wrong. Enhanced screening is nessecary because it is a known fact that the attack squad on 9/11 managed to smuggle C4 plastic explosives on board.

wow this is incredible!! first they say no fly lists next thing you know they are going to say you cant put salt on your fries in a restaurant

oh wait now that i think of it i do recall one story mentioning that! and if you do put salt on it you get a fine

a $300 fine for salt on your fries T__T true story go look it up..
