I almost always like your point of view but on this one I cannot agree.

Because that would require him to actually read the news article I posted for him on the first page and then realize his ignorance to what is happening... Funny how such things always go overlooked, hmm?

Quite frankly, I really don't care what religion the President is, as long as he is able to run the country effectively (which Obama clearly can't), but when shortly after getting elected one of his first directives is telling NASA their number one priority is "Muslim outreach"- you don't think that's going to raise some eyebrows?
I mean-shouldn't NASA be worrying about-oh I don't know-rockets and stuff and not Muslims??

Just because America has a large population of people who identify as Christians it doesn't make it a Christian nation.

Your founding fathers despised religion. Your constitution and the first ammendment make it very clear what status the Christian religion has in the US government.

"No religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."

"The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext, infringed."

One more interesting little point on this topic also. From the 1796 treaty with Tripoli:

"As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion;"


For the record I believe in God but imposing religious beliefs on others like you're suggesting is what drives people away from religion..

Whether Obama is christinian? Moot point.
Whether Israel has a "right" to live where they live? Moot point.

When we stop supporting them, then they will have no choice but to be aggressive in the face of their opponents. Like Israel or not, believe the bible, or not, it comes down to this.
