And there is no way she'll dodge the sex offender label, I know a guy who simply, took a piss in the woods by a middle school, and flashed his junk to some girls walking home, got arrested, and is now a registered sex offender, who never even touched a minor.

She physically had sex with a minor, she is done for.

I wouldn't either simply for the fact of maturity and legal consequences. It only seems wrong out of conditioning and the stunted mental growth of younger people (thanks in part to the system). I knew what I wanted in a woman when I was younger and sadly, only found it in older women.

No way really? I live about 20 mins south of Tulsa too. Small small world. . Hey I dig ur avatar and signature! I have a feeling she will end up a registered sex offender though. I feel for her family too.

Turn the tables. 38 yr old male teacher having sex with a 16 yr old female student. What say you? Is it acceptable? Should he be listed as a sex offender? Just curious how the views will be different...or not.

I was thinking the same thing...... Make it a male teacher and a 16 year old girl....whole new headline probly

I scored with one of my highschool teachers

wasnt stupid enough to tell about it at the time (being honest mainly coz my GF went to the same school)

I was 16, physically mature and sexually active. she was 29, hot and vulnerable
If anything I took advantage of her.

It was on the last night of our school play, she had been dumped earlier that day and I saw her crying with another teacher so I went over to ask what was wrong, the other teacher told me to go away but I put my hand on her shoulder and said are you OK.
When she told me shed been dumped the other teacher rolled her eyes and said she had something to do.

So I stood their asking her what had happened and when she cried again I gave her a hug and could tell there was a bit more to it than simple comfort.
The play required me to wear a suit and according to the girls at my school it made me look hot

But my fellow students werent the only ones who thought as the teacher also made the comment that I looked handsome, and it was said in a way that was obvious she was flirting.

So the play finished and the aftter party was at my place, the teachers were invited and didnt rock up till after most of us were pretty intoxed. As soon as she got there I ran straight over gave her another hug asking if she was OK and she started telling me she was better, the other teachers walked off (I think they had a fair idea what was going on).
So were sitting on my trampoline slowly moving closer and closer together and when our faces were about 6 inches away from each other my mum saw us through the kitchen window, the mean old hag came running out to ruin my fun, she pushed me out the way and introduced herself by saying
"Hi Im ______ s Mum, and your what teacher" needless to say the teacher didnt stay long after that.

So anyway the party finished up around 11 and when it did it sorta hit me I coulda scored, so I called a year 12 friend who had one of her classes (german) and got her number. It was exam time so students had teachers numbers to ask questions if they needed to.

I got the number and called her and said she was probably upset and if she was alone did she wanna grab a coffee.

She came and picked me up around the corner from my place, we went for a coffee, then I went back to her place.

One of the best nights of my life and quite possibly the best thing that can ever happen to a teenage boy.

While I think its acceptable when its Girl teach guy student I have serious issues the other way around, not sure why but I just see it as taking advantage of the girl who most likely has daddy issues.

I see what u mean... I also dont mind it as much if its female teacher/male student, not sure why. But somethin still tugs at me about the massive age difference. MORE than twice his age. But u know if I scored with a 55 year old today, i'd call her a cougar. When I was 18 I nailed a 43 year old. . . . And when I was 16, I most certainly would have. But when I play the situation out as me being say 40, and the student is 16, I just cant get past it.

This is what I'm talking about. Any (male) teenager would kill for a chance to bed the hot teacher in school. Its morel like a right of passage than a form of abuse. One lucky guy every decade or so lives the dream.

Unless there was some "tit for tat" (sorry for pun), like sex in exchange for a grade, or sex as a result of a threat, or some mental defect in the 16 yr old (besides hormones) that made him susceptible to her influence, then it should not be a crime!

I think sex laws are ludicrous 99% of the time. If someone is physically mature, and willing, then it should never be a crime. I don't believe in "age of consent." I have personally known some 15 and 16 year old girls that were far more crafty than the 30 year old men they were seducing! The mental maturity favored the girls despite their age.

In this case, I defer back to the SouthPark post above. As far as the 16 yr old and and his buddies, I'm sure they were thinking........."Niiiceee."

My mid-20s german teacher married one of her students when he graduated and turned 18. We students made our jokes, but everybody else considered this totally normal and acceptable. I would agree that it is acceptable obviously, but it is certainly funny the way we draw arbitrary lines in the sand. If this 16 year-old kid was mature enough to brag about it, I doubt he was too emotionally scarred. Not saying it wasn't wrong.

There was a time when 16 was already old enough to do "grown up" stuff, and people in that age used to be mature enough to know what their where doing, even if they still had remaining "child" feelings and thoughts, but now, since several years ago, that age has been moving up and up until now we have people 30 years old who can't even stop depending on their parents, my grandfather married at 17, he had been working and making money since he was about 14, by the time he got married, he already had a business and was making more money than he could spend, he was already prepared to be on his own, to have a wife, a child or more, knew how to make money, knew how to spend, knew how to do all those things "grown ups" do, and in those days nobody would have made such an issue with something like this, a man was a man and he could do whatever he wanted, but now we don't have that do we?

In those days, things would have looked different i think, he is 16 and probably would have been something like the guy is awesome and that woman is, well, a woman , of course know we have different ideas and all that, but still, unless one of them was fooled into it or didn't knew what was going on, i don't see foul play here, i kind of consider "rape" a different thing, but i didn't make the laws

Well I just hope that 16 year old enjoyed it and remembers every detail because it could be a long time before any other woman of any age has anything to do with him. Women do not like that kiss and tell crap. Now every woman he tries to date will be wondering if he is going to talk about her to every one like he did the teacher. What the teacher did was wrong but he messed him self up by running that mouth. Not only has he lost his sexy teacher but I think he has also lost his chance and another date for a long time. Why do I say this. I know a young man it happened to. She was not a teacher but she was 35 and he was 17. She went to jail and he was date-less for 6 years. He ran his mouth to his buddies and the wrong person heard the talk and it was on. No woman would even talk to him fearing he would have it all over town by the next day. He did not find a woman until 6 years later when he moved away.
