Yes the new wave of making the public stop complaining about the dictatorship and intrusive ways that this government agency is doing to Americans in this nation.

Now they are using behavior paterns, (in other words snitches and tale tellers) to point out those that are complaining while waiting for screenings. They call them "the secret police" I call it gestapo. If you show signs of been "very arrogant" or if you're caught expressing "contempt against airport passenger procedures," you'll make the short list, according to documents obtained by CNN.

I don't travel often but I wonder how frequent travelers that are the ones supporting the airline business can allow this type of dictatorship forced upon them onces they are in the clutches of airport vigilantes.

That is the motto of our government lately, but I tell you what, I am just a housewife, but I am more than ready for that time when American citizens and tax payer will stand up and say enough if enough.

Every time I have to take my shoes off...I am offended.

Because, one guy Richard Reid tried to lite his shoes on fire.

We all have taken our shoes off ever since.

I am sure glad nobody has tried to lite something in their anal cavity.

Not to mention the last several attempts have been thwarted by the public.

Give me my rights back. I'll take my chances.

There is no such thing as the right to fly.

Want to fly then you have to follow their rules. Don't want to follow their rules then drive your car.

If a terrorist wanted to inflict "terror", they could just blow themselves up in the airport before or during screening, no need to board a plane. TSA = fail.

Since the "War on terror" the only war been wagged in the US is toward American citizens everyday, that is a fact that every freedom loving American should take into consideration and question the motives of these war.

Alqaida and all those so call terrorist that we are fighting right now, thanks to our government are living their lives peachy, while we get to be molested in airports, in their name.

And that is why I do not fly at all, but those that have not choice are the ones been targeted here. Remember that all this security is reaping profit for some corporate pimp thanks to our whores in congress.

Nobody forced you to go into the airports to be "molested".

If I knew that if I fly on an airplane I would have to be molested first, then I think I would stay away from the airports and drive.

Who doesn't have a choice?

Whoever is forcing people onto airplanes needs to be reported. Kidnapping people over state lines is a huge felony.

May ask you what is your stand on the "war on terror"? and the TSA complains by the public, because your post are a littler bit confusing for me, I can not tell if you are in favor or not.

For those who maintain contracts overseas and often have to travel they have no choice. Unless of course, you are suggesting that anyone who is in this position should give up their career, stay in the US and hope for an opening at burger king?

Also, getting to Europe by bicycle isn't as easy as you make it out to be.

And that is my opinion also, it seems that we, Americans, Thanks to the "over zealousness" of our government and their "manufactured war on terror" are to become prisoners and slaves in our own nation.

The whole entire issue of "security" is nothing but another hidden agenda.

I don't mind TSA and my view on the war matters little when talking about them.

I fly often and can't say that I have ever felt uncomfortable going through security. If I ever do become uncomfortable then I would stop flying and drive to my destination.

My views of the public complaints is one of disgust. Nobody is forcing people to fly. They whine and cry and whine some more and yet they keep flying. Of course not everyone is like that, just the overwhelming majority.

LoL nice little joke about traveling to Europe. Just the perfect amount of sarcasm mixed in it. I forgot they got rid of boats when the airplane was invented.

These people travel overseas for buisness meetings correct?

Now with todays technology, it is not only cheaper to video conferance, but you won't get molested either. Nobody is forced to fly. You make the concious decision to get on the plane.

Thanks for the honest answer, my opinion is that scanners are not safe for the human body and while I agree on security in airports and pad downs, I have seen that they are getting out of hand in many instances, this is a pattern that can take over the US if scanners and pad downs are to be forced into the population outside the airports.

This will restrict freedom of movement for the regular American citizens, as we know by now many private and government buildings are either already using this type of security (scanners) and many other places and big stores are considering scanners too.

Behind all this is the profits to be generated by private companies pushing the use of this type of security devices.

Just my opinion here.

That's true, about the video conferencing, but often times, some employers won't grant you that luxury and will insist you must be there. And often, it is counter-intuitive to remote everything, some investors/bidders will find it disrespectful if you don't make personal appearances, for right or for wrong, that is the way it is, especially in other cultures.

I understand your opinions and respect that you do not fly any longer due to them. You could be right and you could be wrong, but atleast you are standing by your belief and taking yourself out of that situation.

I promise that even with my view of the TSA. The first time a TSA agent gropes me I will be on the news for having snapping an agents fingers in half.

I am throwing out alternatives and you are throwing nothing back except speculation. I could walk across the street rather then drive, but I would be hit by a car. See it doesn't hold water.

Now that I have said that I am going to guess you are going to tell me that you are a buisness man who has to fly to other countries.
