you could not be more correct..im 15 (as you can see from the clever name) and im in academic classes..and the people in there are sooooooo stupid im actually shocked..kids now a days are very ignorant..and im probably one of them sometimes..but the way the act as if the world some how owes them something is very very annoying...when these "kids" grow up to take power in the world we are truely doomed...thats why im doing everything in my power to become a politician..I hate the world i live in more and more everyday..and when these "kids" become the ones with power I will hate it even more...therfore I hope to be a politician and set the world straight

I completely agree with this post. The truth is that all of you folks who are in their late 30's early 40's and even 50's on this post indicate that you fear for the world when us Indigos take over. You believe that we are all jaded and greedy blah blah blah. Take a look in the mirror and realize that your generation destroyed things so badly to a point never reached in human history.

I will not allow a dumb comment like "all of you young people want hand outs" to go without response. I have never wanted a "hand out"in my life I have worked for everything I have so be a little more insightful as to the comments you make.

Old people, young people... ive seen kids that have acted ten times their age and adults that have acted like children. Age shouldnt be a qualification.
Qualitys should be qualifications.
Compassion, Care, Emotion, Empathy, The people running the show and making the shots are lacking general care and feelings for the people who are suffering from their actions.

I want to see a beautifully transformed world, with leaps in psychic/spiritual and technological advances, a world where our world (earth, the environment) is priority number One, then followed by our general pursuit of happiness.

I want to see a big change in global Paradigms, so that people are more compassionate about life, the earth, and one another. These things are lacking all across the boards (Come on be heart felt people)

Sometimes i hate living in this cold mean world. I dream of a much more idealistic society, a little more like RPG/Fantasy videogames...(i know of some of you know what i mean)

Anyway How the hell are we going to reach any of our dreams?

THE SYSTEM was good.
The system was mathmatically configured by our masonic fore fathers (from top down like a pyramid, checks and balances), and its not a bad system. Today tho- our system is still in place, HOWEVER, something else is in the equation, golfing it up. Corporations! MONEY! the fed! wallstreet.

I think there need to be great changes.

"we are facing a dangerous spirit ahead, if we do not stop and change some of these wrong doings now, we are all going to suffer. either things we made will over take us, or nature will take over. Earthquake, Flood, Rain, Drought, Lightning, Wind. These things will warn us we are not following the laws of the great spirit" - probabley a native american.

I think there is hope for change still.
I think that we need a jump start. Either a global awakening (but how willl that happen) or some terrible great global disaster (as if japan wasnt enough) to wake us up.

Maybe it would help if there was a sort of leader that the revolutionary minority idealized. A figure that would light the spark of the revolution. But is a revolution what we need? Or a spritual shock wave to the heart?

I do agree there is something seriously #ing wrong with the older generation though. I too often get annoyed by the older generation.... but 30-40 somethings are not THAT old. Many of that age range are gen x ers and many of then are the reason you have platforms like the internet and revolutionary technology.

Unfortunately it's the 50+ age range who need to step aside and deal with their mid-life crises and let more youthful people take over. What work then does NOT work now.

To me they are what I call a "lost" generation. You have to look at how fast the changes were for them, socially & technologically. Many older gens simply did not adjust very well emotionally, politically and financially...leaving many of the younger generation to clean up the mess they've made. So many of our parents are divorced, have serious emotional problems, and are now taking money from us to fix their financial mess. Thus leaving the younger generation to crave security in their lives, and crave simplicity which is why the youth is just plain sick and tired of it and understand what works and what does not.

Look at the youths in the Middle East compared the their unstable religious elders.

Look at Will and Kate Middleton...compared the Prince Charles and Prince Diana.

Mark Zuckerburg The creator of facebook, I think pretty much is a poster child of an "indigo" child. He is 26 years old. On Zuckerberg's Facebook page, he listed his personal interests as "openness, making things that help people connect and share what's important to them, revolutions, information flow, minimalism".

We are just going to have to wait until the elders just die and go away. In the mean time we need to focus and do right by thinking about the future. And do right by our kids.

Thats nothing more then ingenius indoctrination, coupled with wishfull thinking. Take away the drugs, the food, shelter and electricity and you have all the "misfits" falling in line like marines. If this is what it takes to get them kids in line, it will be done. I hope you are old enough to realize that...-

As for the young one who started this - there is an old saying amongst warriors... age and treachery will always defeat youth and skill. Young warriors want victory to reek of honor and glory, wise warriors realize that winning is being willing to fight harder than the other guy, period.
Unfortunately, this means, youngblood, that your heat and righteous fury is matched against seasoned warriors who have tricks and subterfuges that will inevitably derail you. You can't defeat experience with righteous anger. However, you can take that righteous anger and use it to fuel your skills to where you can defeat experience with greater skill.
But, alas, ageism is nothing more than admitting you can't do it on your own.

I'm going to tell you a story, and allegory if you will.. it's a little distateful, but it should prove the point:

A young bull and an old bull were standing on a hill looking down at the cows in the pasture. It was a beautiful spring afternoon and the flowers in bloom. As such, the season was upon the bulls.

I say this to remind you that energy and new ideas are only useful when tempered with wisdom and direction. You cannot have one or the other. I'm 34, and only now is it beginning to dawn on my as my 14 year old gets ready for high school that I have no damn idea what I'm doing.

Age and Youth are the yin and yang of our society. One cannot succeed without the other.

P.S. the "Indigo Child" has more to do with florescent lighting than technology... hence the "Indigo" part. And just for kicks, you mean to tell me that today's kids are more genius than say Sir Issac Newton or Henry Ford? They stand but upon the shoulders of giants my dear...

Would it be the ones who have three maxed-out credit cards and are two months behind on the minimum payments on each?

Would it be the same ones who "walked away" on their obligation to pay on their mortgage loan because the value of the home took a dip?

Would that be the same ones who just declared bankruptcy and now want to move back in with their parents?
