The masses wouldn't be able to handle the first woman president also being the first black president.
I think this statement is amazing condescending and a load of crap.

People keep saying Bush has lied, when Kerry has been the one that we keep catching telling lies..oops flip-flops, almost everytime he makes a speech.
If Kerry wins, the American public will never know the truth about anything, everything will be a flip-flop with Kerry
Kerry is a liar but Bush is a bigger one. Would things be better under Kerry? Yes, but nothing will *really* change... just some things on the surface.
I really think Bush will win again
You forget, he never "won" in the first place. He "stole".

I think this statement is amazing condescending and a load of crap. The country isn't perfect, but 'the masses' are much more accepting of diversity than 30 years ago. I have met very few people who would vote against someone because they're black or a woman, regardless of their political affiliations.
Exactly how did he "steal"?

The things that happened were well documented. Im not going to get into it all in this thread.. assuming you can spell and type, go to google, and search for "2000 stolen election"
-minority voters denied their right to vote because of false-felon lists sent from Texas
-Georgie's brother taking care of Florida on the inside
-Cheneys fishing buddy, Scalia, taking care of the surpreme court on the inside
It's quite clear what took place in 2000 with Florida, the only people who think Bush was actually elected are the ignorant and/or the uninformed.
Well, if it is on Google, it must be true!
Explain the "false felons" claim.
How about the the fact that all major news networks declared Gore the winner before the western part of Florida's polls were closed (which is coincidentaly Replublican).
I guess Scalia was responsible for the other votes on the Supreme Court?

Come on, are you inept? Google crawls the whole web. With correct keyword searches you can find information on about anything. It doesn't mean that information is accurate, only pertinent. If you're interested in learning about the subject then you'll do the research yourself.
Explain the "false felons" claim.
Mostly young black males (whom statistically vote democrat) sent on a list of felons from Texas to Florida (Bush-to-Bush) whom were turned down at the polling center. The problem was none of them were felons. I don't remember the exact number but I believe something like 60,000.

How about the fact that a cousin of Bush who worked for FoxNews was the first to make the declaration and the rest of the media, not wanting to be late with the news, followed suit. Subsequently the court process was turned, by the media, into "Al Gore the Sore Loser"
I guess Scalia was responsible for the other votes on the Supreme Court?
The vote was along party lines and Scalia is the face of Fascism in the Supreme Court (which is why he was used as an example).
