Hillary Clinton in 2012? Is that why the world will end in 2012?

There is no way you are gonna get a triple play of democrats with a 50/50 country, sorry to burst your bubble. People get disenfranchised with a party and swap to the other side. Look at the last three pres. Bush - Clinton - Bush. Im not debating that Kerry might win, but after that Clinton will run, Edwards wont get to go first, she will see to it that she gets the nomination. By 2012 she will be getting up there in years and I dont expect her to wait that long.

More like Kerry, Kerry, Edwards or Kerry, Kerry, Hillary. There's no way the VP would get the bid over a sitting Pres of the party...

Unfortunately, I think it'll be Bush...then Emperor Bush....

I'm not a Democrat cheerleader--I'm just writing what I think will happen. And your points are all extremely valid--and very logical. I wish life was as logical.

In four year increments...

Kerry, McCain, Edwards, Edwards, OBAMA!

Kerry at least four years, just to get rid of Bush. End the neo-con era forever.

Then concede the head of Hillary over to McCain. End the Clinton era forever.

Then let Edwards retire a then very tired McCain, perhaps as eager to leave domestic policy to a moderate Democrat then keep fighting the neo-con resurgence in his own ranks. (It's got to be hard on a sane Republican these days.)

Then the Edwards glory years in term two. Richer, stronger, faster... basically America kicks ass.

Then the gauntlet is passed to a fiscally conservative, socially enlightened master of the oratory that unifies the nation and world like never before.

OBAMA! OBAMA! OBAMA!

Then we colonize space, start the Federation of Planets and give those anal probing greys some payback!!!

If I lost you in there somewhere, consider this RNC "stratergists" a Kerry win practically hands the crown to McCain in 2008. As the pendulum goes, this is harder to envision assuming a Bush second term. It also kills the evil witch Hillary in the same stroke. You following me here?

Not to be picky Gazrok, but you and Cassie Clay agree. She said next three presidents, not next three terms. If Kerry wins two terms than Edwards wins, Kerry would not be considered the next two presidents.

Presuming the elections take place, Kerry/Edwards will probably be elected 2004.
Then 2008 they will be re-elected
2012 the Bush era will return (Jeb's turn, and most likely with Rumsfeld and Cheney holding cabinet positions.)
Beyond that is too hard to tell.

If Hillary does become the democratic candidate for 2012 who'll be her vice? Obama-bin-laden?

Hmm, many new agers think that the world will end in 2012. It also seems that many bible thumpers believe we are in the end times. I've also seen it stated by someone that a female will sit on the "throne" when the apocalypse arrives.

....Coincidence??

I believe many fundamentalist Christians (as well as some conspiracy theorists) will interpret her Presidency in exactly the way you have described.

interesting you suggest hillary for the ominus year of our lord 2012.
the bible refers to the harlot that sits on 7 hills in revelations.( hint: new rome) i never thought about this before, but that would tie in with the occult themes related to the word harlot. it actually has positive conotations regarding the high priestess i believe. something about the ambrosia, fruit of the gods.
i am rambling for certain, but i have a scary feeling we shall see hillary in the white house sooner rather than later.
any takers out there for the bush hillary hillary combination?

if cheny were to say, not run for vice due to poor health etc.
that would leave bush free to pick a new running mate.

I will have to say that Kerry will stay for 4 years then Edwards, now Hillary will run but a male counter part will defeat her, this nation is still behind when it comes to women leadders.

Yes, Condi will be president before Hillary.

Unless Bush declares Marshal Law for the world and appoints her "Administrator" of the US, I doubt it.

The masses wouldn't be able to handle the first woman president also being the first black president.
NeoCondoleeza already has far too much power to handle anyway.

I really think Bush will win again, and it won't be by stealing the election or making martial law.

People keep saying Bush has lied, when Kerry has been the one that we keep catching telling lies..oops flip-flops, almost everytime he makes a speech.

If Kerry wins, the American public will never know the truth about anything, everything will be a flip-flop with Kerry.

Kerry is a liar but Bush is a bigger one. Would things be better under Kerry? Yes, but nothing will *really* change... just some things on the surface.

I really think Bush will win again

You forget, he never "won" in the first place. He "stole".

I think this statement is amazing condescending and a load of crap. The country isn't perfect, but 'the masses' are much more accepting of diversity than 30 years ago. I have met very few people who would vote against someone because they're black or a woman, regardless of their political affiliations.

I think it's a shame our two major political parties buy into the crap that the "country isn't ready" for a diversity Presidential candidate, and continually feed us the IV League White Boys Club. What a joke.

Unless 'the masses' stop propagating the myth that the "country isn't ready" for it, it will never happen. Vote for someone on their ideas, not their genetic make-up.

It's nothing more than perception.
