Luxury travel, lavish banquets and a few handshakes, whilst getting paid tens of millions for doing it?

Give a frontline nurse or cop respect after 30 years hard graft some respect - not the royal leaches.

They have protected our beautiful Island for hundreds of years and kept its people safe from invasion

This thread is going round in circles now.

There are Royalists and anti-Royalists, neither are going to change their views.

I watched the wedding, had a few beers and a laugh with my family and some friends on a lovely spring bank holiday.

If you didn't watch it, you missed what we British people do best, pomp and ceremony at it's best!...the British public......and the Royal family....... did us proud!

So what if they were born into it - no-one forces them to do anything. Edward went off and messed up everything he touched, having been too much of a wimp for the marines, he went to the theatre, his "first love" or more likely a place where he could get some man love.

they do it because they are PAID to do it - stop paying them, they stop doing it.

And just why should we be paying someone who is worth billions, more millions when by rights we should be taking back what they stole fomr the country - you know, land churches, buildings, all stolen off the backs of those they consider serfs, because they still believe in the divine rights of monarchs.
