I was messing around on elenin.org today and was reading up on this comet Honda that is actually supposed to come closer to us in terms of AU then Elenin, they have this interactive data diagram of the orbits of mercury, venus, earth, elenin and honda, none of which will hit earth but i was watching the data go by into the future, and this Comet Honda, which has roughly a 5 year orbit around our sun, is (according the data) going to directly hit venus on august 1st, 2027. go check it out, elenin.org.

I was using the same program as I noticed it crossed the path of Venus also, but I couldn't be bothered to watch it play out that far in advance lol.

Note where it is, and where Earth is, when the comet crosses ABOVE the ecliptic....and it continues on its merry way, as it "catches up" to us, and passes. Well distant, and above us.

Have you personally checked the data, or are you taking someone's word for it? Someone who might well want to prevent mass panic? Checking data for oneself and not relying on other people's information is key to fully understanding any issue isn't it?

Yeah, but if you think about it, all the events that I mentions can be interpreted as "incorporating the bible"

Whatever dude. I personally would rather the world does not end, as I have some plans for my future, and a family that I love. However, if there is a danger that we should be aware of, I would hope that the people in the know will let us know, in sufficient time to take 'evasive action'.

I only share my dreams and musings because I wonder whether they might contain information from a higher source.. They appear to be intelligently coordinated, as though telling a story via my subconscious mind.

I will be most happy to be here in five years time, debating the nature of consciousness and the way in which our collective fears can lead us to be overly-concerned about potential dangers to our existence. I believe that you will agree with me when I say, that it could be that such subconscious mechanisms (dreams etc) are in fact in-built survival mechanisms, allowing us to run computations efficiently, to safely analyse the intensely complex universe of possibilities before our waking eyes, to give us solutions in time for potential future problems.

If there is a real danger to humanity - and if certain people are in fact covering up the information (and if certain people are in fact actively working to disrupt people's awareness and preparedness) - then I will confirm my utter outrage at the attitude and actions of such people. Such outrage is not faux or moot; it is genuine and justified.

WW - I don't know why you take such an aggressive and self-contradictory approach to your skepticism; however, I'm prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt if you can just tone it down a little bit if you decide to respond to any of my future posts.

We all have doubts, fears, concerns and things we'd like to know more about. I personally would rather hold up my hand in six month's time and say that I was wrong, as opposed to staying quiet when my ideas, inspirations and 'dot-connecting' may have helped someone in advance of a difficult situation. Just to add, the Heaven's Gate cult was an isolated pocket of fanatics under the control of a hypnotically-talented psychotic.

We are actually discussing data on real comet being handed to us by the mainstream establishment; the fears are genuine - and justified, and have been discussed in limited measure by the MSM.

We are not all anticipating that this is Nibiru or that Quetzalcoatl is coming back. There is a chance that someone made a mistake, and that this comet will hit us, or at least pass much closer than expected.

To discuss the possibilities, to discuss our fears and suspicions, to make plans just in case the calculations made by scientists prove to be wrong (we live in an unpredictable, chaotic universe after all) - these things are sensible and worthy of the time and attention of far more people than are currently discussing them. I tried (on facebook) to share the info on Elenin (no conspiracy stuff, just the facts as released by JPL) and guess what - of over two hundred friends, ONE made a response to that information. People aren't interested, and that is probably what will prove the undoing of the human race.

So in conclusion, your 'Heavens Gate' analogy is inappropriate and unwarranted. People are not 'fear-mongering' as such, because in fact most people in this world don't give a crap about the approaching comet, and are far too willing to accept at face value the things that they are told by those in authority. We could, as a race, be led to the slaughter by the Elite, and most of us would willingly march into the fire... Perhaps a few would start writing sternly-worded letters when the flames start to burn the flesh from their bones....

If anything, this Elenin situation needs more attention, more research and more debate/discussion. I'm sure that if you look at it objectively you will agree.

if NASA really knows that we are in binary star system, and that there's a brown dwarf star out there that perhaps even Hitler knew about and used .....

then that means our idea of solar system is flawed/limited and it could prevent astronomers/scientists from putting certain puzzle pieces together/discovering new things

the more in the dark your scientists are, the more progress of knowlege you can inhibit

anyways - it may be that comet elenin is no threat at all, but that the discussion gets people thinking about stuff like this, and so it could potentially be threatening

It's pretty reasonable to think scientist are bought and paid for. After all, who provides most of funding for their research? The Goverment! Who owns and operates NASA? The Goverment! Who controls the media? The Goverment! It's a simple equation, "Release the information we want you to, or you don't get funded. Speak out and we'll erase you."

Thats why I'm curious to see what sort of information will be released from the WISE progam. I seem to remember them saying that it would be public some time this month. If any program was able to spot a Dark Star, or even get a good look at Elenin, then this would have been it.
