The most saddening aspect of it is the democrats with their blinders on that are so heavily indoctrinated they can't see the faults of their own party... what happened to Obama? HOW DID THAT WORK OUT!?

At least the Tea Party movement "woke up", they may have been co-opted.. but where is the democratic equivalent!? Nowhere to be found.. they're already gods among mere mortals, with their superior morals and faculties, how could they ever be wrong? They're always right... even when they're wrong. Even when THEIR president is acting WORSE than Bush.

I don't know why the left disgusts me so much more than the right, maybe it's the insidousness of their modus operandi, perhaps it's the catering to offer mentalities, the subversion of self-sustainability, the preying on women and immigrants, setting them up for failure by catering to them like subhuman second class citizens that can't do anything by themselves, or maybe, more likely, it's because I actually live in a social democratic country.. so I understand their psychology, I understand their vain need to rebel, I understand their vain need to fight against what they percieve to be "the man".
Maybe it's because I hold democrats to a higher standard, but why not? They certainly don't have anything against perpetuating the idea of their moral superiority.

And it's good in a lot of ways, but the leftist ideologies from the Frankfurt school are pure poison to a weak mind...

If you do not understand what her and her illegitimate baby have to do with her mom raising her to be abstinent and her subsequent promoting of abstinence then I am afraid you are beyond help. Bristol Palin = abstinence only teaching. Please explain how her baby fits in to your idea that advocating abstinence works out for us.

Yes he can. There is the PP that does healthcare and family planning, then there is the completely seperate PP that does abortions. They keep completely seperate books, funding, everything. The only thing they share is a name and some administrative duties but monies are completely seperate. The problem seems to be people are confused by two entities operating under the same name. The government knows this and this is how we get things called medicare part D and other such named farces that utilize the common man's inability to entertain two seperate thoughts at the same time. If you can show where one dime of federal money goes to fund abortions, I will gladly eat my words.

Women have rights to medical privacy and protection for their health but anyones trying to save the lives of fellow human beings will never be a crime in my estimation. As I hear on this so much of the money is untracked that it is hard to say exactly how much is spent on abortion services and if it comes from tax dollars or not. They are providing a service. If something whether it calls itself the Republicans or Tea Party or not will decrease the number of women having abortions instead of raising that number, who wouldn't be all for it?

You must not be trying but I am sure someone has that list ready for you. Let's take a look at your logic. Republicans want to deny poor women affordable health care. Bill Maher, one liberal, called Sarah Palin, one woman, a bad name. Hmmmmm....totally the same thing right?

Bill Maher can call anyone whatever he wants as long as he keeps his nose out of my uterus. You can call me names too, just stay away from my hoohaa, got that? This is all really simple. someone isnt trying here affordable meaning having someone else pay for everything?

i am paying my money for people who sleep around get tested for everything and who cant keep it zipped up

and really now since i am a guy why do i have to pay for cancer screenings and pap smears since i will never need one?

yeah that is a two way street just like with every other government program that i have to pay for i never get any use out of it.

I have a question, I'm in the UK, I receive a letter every three years, have since I was 18, notifying me that I am due for my Cervical Smear test. ALL women (who are registered with a NHS GP and I should imagine private patients too) get the same reminder. This is budgeted for nationally and locally. Is there no similar practice in the US?

interesting post but we can easily say that most if not all politicians are messed up in the head. why else would they spend so much money to take a job that pays so little. look at obama....maybe the first person to raise a billion for a job that pays less than 300,000 per year. makes ya wonder huh?

What baby is not asked? You go ask some cell clusters and report back to me how they respond. I see some websites counting RU-486 prescriptions in their abortion counts. Wow! No, I have never paid for an abortion in my life. Just because you want to say I have, does not make the proof supplied by people that tax funding does not go to abortion go away. I am sure you have been on ATS to know that repeating a claim does not trump sourced facts.

That is right. No one can ask the potential baby. My heart strings are really tugging here each time you call it a baby. I know your talking points already and top of the list is to always refer to any potential child as a "baby" whether it is 2 cells or 4.
