Reason Why HARRP website down

The reason HARRP website is down is because they are trying to cause more earthquakes.

They cant supply the power of the earthquakes. What they need to do is find places where the tectonic pressure is building up. Then they hit it with similar to bass waves to vibrate the zone and cause a slip.

Look, they pointed it at the biggest capital city in the world, MEXICO CITY, but they only caused a 6.4 or so.

They have been trying at Japan for ages. The scary thing is, the more they use it, the more they learn HOW to use it.

Thats why it is down. The funny thing is, the more they use it, the more the pressures in the zone dissipate.

But you know what, most people in the world are sinners. They kill other beings (insects mammals) and laugh. They steal from other humans. So what is going on right now is humans as a mass deserve. The only way to make things better is deep within ourselves, change and do good.

But at the end of the day, this is a time of change. YOU CANNOT DESTROY ENERGY, so everything will always live on. For me, I AM SICK OF GROUND HOG DAY. The current Economy cannot work. It relies on infinite growth, but based on finite resources. That is why they are crashing the middle east to disrupt oil, so the dollar crashes so they can bring in a new economy.

By they way, total FREEDOM means your 12 year old daughter gets raped by a band of 15 gangsters. We need Justice to hold back nature. Nature feeds on the weak. We need to rise above our natural impulses and control them. If we dont, the government will spend the taxes on control measures. If we can control them, our taxes can be spent on better things.

WE ARE ALL AT FAULT. We all need to improve ourselves because we are ALL THE ONE MIND.

But the official HAARP website can't remain off-line or closed for too much time.

So, if some day before and during a big earthquake, they deliberately shut down the site,.... well then we know who trigger the event!

Well, maybe not a big earthquake. Cause, they can use it, and only make a 5 or 6 because it is all to do with the pressure in the plates. So they shut down a few days ago, and now there is a 6.4 in Mexico. Well that is the biggest city in the world. So maybe they were trying there, but they only pulled off a small one. If they got a 8.0 there it would be suss. But they only got a 6.4 so all think it is just nature.

Only GOD/ALLAH knows the real date. But we can learn , and predict and prepare. But we can never know with certainty.

I never believe, I only guess and prepare. Try to lay an even bet. The true Muslims never predict or look to the future because they believe only ALLAH knows. While I HATE a small part of ISLAM, they have some very wise knowledge.

It would be good if you back up your statements with proof. Why is the website down? Proof HAARP caused other disasters! Not too much to ask! I'm not saying it is not provable it would be just good to see it instead people stating opinions and declaring them as fact without proof!

Sorry, I assumed you are a regular ABOVETOPSECRET person who had come here everyday to read what was important. I have been coming here for a few years now and have read others posts so it is so understandable for me.
