Tsunami advisories lifted

Tokyo (CNN) -- A powerful earthquake struck Japan on Thursday, triggering a tsunami warning for one prefecture and advisories in others. The warning and advisories were lifted by about 90 minutes later, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.

The quake was closer to the Japanese coast than last month's 9.0-magnitude quake.

There were no reports of casualties from anywhere in the earthquake zone, the National Police Agency said

The last line is what we humanity should be looking it. Earthquakes happening are not the first nor will be the last. Why were there no warnings for our japanese brothers and sisters to prepare? It was most fortunate, and is even a miracle that there were no reports of casualties, and sincerly hope as time goes by, that report remain the same.

I caught an article on Fox, it had about 2 paragraphs of these recent quakes and a page going on and on about the The Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant. SAD
