Since it's MY theory and belief that we are capable of creating EQ with existing technologies...my answer is yes, I do believe it is possible and no, I don't think it's over the edge thinking.

No matter what the earthquake in Japan was horrible, whats causing it, I am not a know it all, but I can smell deception and HAARP is deceptive.

Not really a stretch. Professor Andrei Gudkov and his team (from Cleveland BioLabs) have found a way to protect cells from radiation damage.

BioLabs rat study results are incredible with 100% survival rates to normally fatal doses. The results are not refuted by mainstream science and if you care to investigate you will find I am not spinning a yarn.

I would think that any scope of its use would extend beyond just TPTB and friends. More likely it would be used on a wider scale, like TPTB and friends and slaves, i.e. a whole nation of "chosen ones" could be saved. The perfect Eugenicists tool don't you think?

When you consider the MADness involved with stockpiling nuclear weapons then I put a high probability on the stuff being incorporated into the national defense (war) program, to think not is rather naive in my opinion.

I'm neither a HAARP person, nor an anti-HAARP person, and as such, want to hear both sides of the debate.

Please could you explain to me the logic of your (apparently - unless I'm misunderstanding your point) suggesting that the energy taken by HAARP to induce an earthquake would be need to be the equivalent to the energy produced by said earthquake? That seems like an erroneaous assumption to me, but I'm willing to stand corrected.

For all we know, Russia could have used scalar weapons against Japan. They were using Tesla technology way back in the 80s, and I always thought they used psychotronic warfare to make President Reagan sick when he went to visit. Again, Japan has been our ally for some time now and are part of the Tri lateral configuration. I do not believe for one minute that our present POTUS is aligned to US national Sovereignty. If he was a communist "sympathiser" he would have NATIONALISED EVERYTHING by now or at least a lot of things. In the soviet union even the hot dog vendors worked for the state/nation. Agriculture, defense, shipping, telephone, airlines, schools, museums, prisons, oil, gas and I mean EVERYTHING would belong to EVERYONE via the state/national government.

The amount of ignorance, whether intentional or not, being pushed by right wing fanatics IS STAGGERING! Just calm down and learn some facts. I understand your point, yes its possible to release more energy with less efforts, but still you have to know what you are doing. If Haarp can cause or release earthquakes in problem areas like the ring of fire in pacific, then they have to know how to predict them precisely, because of the "butterfly effect". If they know that, then they also know how to predict wheather, human behaviour... cold fusion or even time travel..,... They solved all the problems of modern science and all they do with it is causing earthquakes in Japan for some economical or political reasons ??? Why they not make a cold fusion reactor and sell it ? Then they could be the most powerfull nation on earth without need of creating conflicts... But this is going somewhere to "cold war" or NWO stuff....

With all due respect I have had that impression since last year with the BP oil volcano. Now with this 9.0 earthquake and second 7.1 earthquake, again lies, ridicule, no sense of urgency, no solutions being proposed, the un caring more about libya and gadafhi.......

I think the picture is being more and more clear each and every day. I am scared! Just look at the georgia guidestones and let your jaw drop to the ground.

I have been REALLY busy these past days and just saw this late last night but was too tired to 'search' for the real scoop on the latest EQ in Japan. Again I am searching and find great posts but nothing that tells me anything about he situation in the OP title.

Could someone please give a brief synopses of what we know as the facts of this terrible situation and bring those just checking up to date?

I have often thought that perhaps there is some credence to the theory that large deposits of oil may be some type of natural plate lubricant, and removing it in such quantities and with such ferocity MAY be a bad idea...
