Medical Marijuana Users Fight for Gun Rights

Form 4473, required by the ATF to purchase a firearm over the counter asks:

e. Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana, or any depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?

If they really think this is a problem they shouldnt be just revoking permits they should be confiscating all firearms owned by anyone using medical marijuana since the fed still refuses to recognize it as lawful.

I want them to follow through. I want them to go around confiscating every firearm held by anyone using medicinal marijuana.

There's a reason they never push it to the full extent. To keep the majority happily naive.

Come on cops, push it. You can. It's right there in 4473. Send the ATF storm troopers door to door. I dare you.

Lol true that, the police just dont want to encounter any resistance when there unlawfully kicking in your door to then unlawfully take all your cash and or weed, so that they can then unlawfully lock you up !

i guess the real question is where do you draw the line and how do you control it ,

i mean will you soon be able to fish and have a beer at the same time
or smoke a cigarette while bicycling
or drink lemonade while playing computer games ,

but as to answer the question id say its like doping

its not like you can compete and achieve medals
but its not like its stopped olympic competitors before from
practice or training ,

but i mean if the fellow is sane enough to keep on going to the track id say its a sign of commitment
to the arts of the sport / craft which is more then many "sober" put in to it im afraid ,
