Yes,we would probably need some form of
mob control.A mod being involved would insure
that the members' keep in line.

For someone like me, who never had the opportunity to go to Girls Scouts, Rainbows and so on...it's going to be beneficial.
Always wanted to learn properly.

I don't want to give away any of my ideas and secrets but..I do have a plan.

There are a lot of survivor shows out there but for different circumstances.Now if you were to do a show about an dooms day scenario and you would have to be specific because certain situations call for different measures.

Like say it were about an meteor hitting earth..then you would have to prepare for that.Or if it was before or after a nuclear war..or a really bad radiation scenario and yes I say that because of what's going on in Japan!But you SHOULD prepare for ALL situations!If this happens you do this..if that happens then you do that.

You want a survivor show?One that's going to cover every possible disaster scenarios there is!Now that would be a show.You could even have special effects to show the actual disaster.So what you do is have the family show people how to prepare for before,during and after a disaster!

So the show could start off anyway really I don't want to go into detail about that.But don't make it a reality show please.

You could call it Surviving Disasters!You could use any family really.They could have scripts.Or unless you found a real survivor orientated family.For that maybe you should get families to send in tapes for the show..or you could just go with actors and use any idea that that works for the show.Actors would work because whether they are actors or not won't matter.It's how you survive that matters.

I haven't signed on in a long time, but this thread is just horrible.

It's either phishing for lists/photos and whatever info you send on people who are prepared, or it's asking people who are trying to get away from everything to show everyone everything.

This scares me about this site, here's the owner asking you to tell your secrets to him in hopes to be on some fairy tale TV show.

I'm sure he'll destroy all the lists he collects of his members who are prepared, with what and where, after picking "winners".

Unless it’s just from a consultation (behind not in front of the lens) perspective I would not recommend it.

Rest assured that the NSA has everything they need about you, your farm, and every tiny detail of your preparations. They don't need a TV show to provide this information to them using a trickery.

On topic: Too bad I'm not located in the USA, I know alot about surviving the horrors of an urban partnership with a female, they had me featured I bet ^^

Took the advice of my beloved fellow ATS'ers and deleted what previously sat here, something do with not revealing certain things but I will keep this one ---> I think we would be more of a hilarious reality family as opposed to the serious ted nugent type people, so no show for me!! lmao.

Since semperfortis is the mod for the survival forum, maybe he should screen potential applicants based on their previous posts, just so ATS puts its best foot forward if ATS is going to be in the show credits.

It wouldn't take much of a misstep to make us all look kooky. We're bad enough as is

Sorry, but with the known objective of these "Forums" to provide information to the powers that be and their alphabet organizations.

I am very sorry but I regretfully decline to reveal my methods of survival to those that will possibly seek my whereabouts and fill up their concentration camps of known anti government subversives when the SHTF.

Just look at what happened to the Native Americans when they began to trust the MAN.

I would like to apply for the position for I have read many survival guides and also attempted many of the techniques. I don't know how to contact you via email for I am doing it off my phone. Like some survival techniques that would be useful would be starting a fire with steel wool and a battery or using a crobar and a rope as a graple hook. But these two things are some of the basics out of the hundreds I know.
