majority of ATS "debunkers" have no Avatars..??

I have noticed the ones that immediately dismiss something have no avatar or info are they just joining ats to debunk and dismiss all theories on a conspiracy driven site like going into a butcher and protesting meat.

i do understand that some people just dont agree and give their opinion explaining why but others are just blatant trollers. like the 5th post down here.

I don't need an avatar to let my opinions be known. I think a portion of the new ones could possibly be the US gov'ts attempt at Social Media Infiltration...but, I can't speak for everyone.

i don't think it means anything. as somebody who does not have a avatar, i can tell you why i don't and why i won't. first of all when i post i want people to pay attention to only what i am saying and not be swayed or given a different impression due to an avatar.

either they agree or disagree soley based on words.

avatars give people positive or negative impressions of each other depending on the avatar, it is like wearing a mask.
i don't see how having an avatar means anything.

just out of interest what impression would you get of me if i had a cute fluffy rabbit? or a demonic symbol? or a really annoying t.v. personality you cannot stand? or your favourite colour?

would any of them sway your opinion or impression of me? i think they would. i want to be judged on what i say not a picture.

Now youv'e made me paranoid. As you can see I havn't got one, simply because most of the time I'm on ATS when I shouldn't be, i.e. at work. I drop in to see what bright ideas ( and some not so bright ) are floating around.
I did do an introduction, which I hope may give a little insight as to who I am. I think doing this is more telling than an avatar, which after all is just a picture. In saying that though, I suppose you can write anything in your intro as well.....

Ive been on Ats for a bit now, atleast a year or more, I have an avatar uploaded, but it wont show up for some reason. Its a set of green cats eys to be exact. If I could figure out how to do it( or rather would simply take the time) I would have one. But an avatar is not an essential component of posting on this site, whether you know what you are talking about, or are just trolling. I post on many topics and seldom leave one liners. So I guess im not the norm, but instead long winded, with little time on my hands to worry about wether someone sees my kities pretty green eyes

Lot's of people don't have an avatar...... Debunkers,believers and every other label you can think of.

On the other hand lot's of debunkers DO have avatars as well....So....
