Thanks again my friend, you have again impressed me. Your point is a good one and unfortunately I think your prediction will come true. It will follow in the same vein as the military doctor who wouldn't deploy because he believed the POTUS produced a BOGUS birth certificate. It just goes to show that those in power and with enough money and clout don't have to follow ANY rules that the rest of us pee-ons do.

Isn't it strange to anyone else that dereks and his minions all write the EXCACT same statements over and over again. They all continuously display a complete lack of respect and have no ability to use logic or reasoning in any capacity. It's always the same old song and dance: nukes and holograms, name-calling, claims that anyone and EVERYONE who has ever dared to question the OS is incredulous, there is no OS (my personal favorite), ignore and avoid any and all evidence, etc. Why not just pretend they aren't here?

The thing is, if you say something in court, anything at all, you're impelled to prove it. In a lot of cases that involve any kind of classified material, apparently all the government has to say is that the release of classified material to the public would be necessitated by the case, and the case can be thrown out on that reason alone. This has been the case ever since sensitive information actually did come out in some case so many years ago.

I understand how keeping 9/11 quite is in the interest of those who work in national security, as a few of them will get locked up. But for the nation as a whole is it really in its interest to put closure to 9/11? The ongoing wars will probably shut down, the military industry complex will have to lay off jobs, a fair price will have to be paid for other nations resources. It may even result in a collapse of government as the public trust is lost and at a time where an economic collapse is also at close possibility.

There will very likely be significant disruption in governance during the short term. Over the long term however, more integrity will return to the science, media, courts and political structures. If it is in the national interest to remove corruption, no matter where it is then this case needs to proceed. So what is in the national interest, a strengthening dictatorship in the oligarchy that is stripping human rights and perpetuating war or cleaning out the corruptions in high office to return integrity and dignity to humanity?

I was looking for a update of April Gallop's case.Let's see how this plays out.If it is thrown out like Impressme says.If nothing else this will get more people looking at all the inconstancy's within the OS.

Or maybe it will get thrown out because she has already sucessfully sued American Airlines for the injuries and trauma she suffered.

Either she lied in court when she sued American Airlines, or she is lying now.

Either way, she is still a liar. Has she admitted to American Airlines that she was wrong, and given back all the money she won from the original case? Nope.
