As much as I mistrust the MSM, this was an Associated Press article.

I'll at least give the major news outlets the benefit of the doubt that they will touch on this topic later today.

Well considering the CIA once (and maybe still does) fund, teach and assisted the Taliban which were basically the Mujahadeen in the fight against the Soviets we might have to accept in many ways our Government is the Taliban.

An organization of very fundamental beliefs that is willing to do anything to violently see that they are adhered to and accepted.

The mainstream news just isn't our friend, between the couple of tightly controlled wire services that they get most of their news from, and the corporate ownership of the Networks being tied in through board members or subsidiaries or sister corporations that give us things like GE's melting down reactors and jet air craft engines bombing Libya we can't expect them to tell us too much.

Thankfully we have other ways to get news and opinion out there, and it is being utilized more and more.

Thanks for doing your part in that and sharing your thoughts.

I agree this is a big story.

Caught red handed.

The wacky conspiracy theorist in this one is the government official trying to start and carry out one!

It's true the Associated Press, Rueters, even Stars and Stripes does do a lot of these stories, but then the major news papers and TV Stations and Networks who use them rarely pick up on them.

This story might end up getting more play in Saudi Arabia or someplace with a different culture or anti-American government, than it does here in American.

Is that all part of divide and conquer where Internationally an International Organization like the Associated Press captures it all, and then the more nationally oriented and politically oriented networks in various countries see a value or detriment to the story and act accordingly?

Some would say so.

Just imagine.. people like him wanted to enforce martial law all over the FED and the big banks on us. see why its good to ask questions, and revolt if necessary. otherwise, this is what goes on behind our backs..god knows what other states are plotting now against its citizens.

Yes, not to mention a state prosecutor suggesting that evidence for an event be staged.

Then, the mainstream news seems surprised that the confidence level in the political and legal system is so low.

It's amazing fight the Libyan Government you are a rebel and a freedom fighter, fight our own you are a domestic terrorist, fight against our military occupation of your nation and you are an insurgent and enemy combatant.

We really need to stop this bus ride and get off of it!

I think Indiana should seriously consider reviewing all of their death penalty cases if these are the kind of people running the prosecutions.

It's pretty darn scary to think that this is a person who has the power to prosecute and incarcerate people when his criminal thinking exceeds most everyone on the docket.

I wonder if his cases will come under review now?

You know, this is what I mean when I say that the American Political System is pure theatrical productions.

Forget about corruption of intent, and self-serving aggrandizement. Look at what this says about the mentality of those people who have been sold to us as "public servants" and "leaders" of the community. This "suggestion" is a clear indicator of the culture our political parties embrace.

Theater, marketing, and a complete disregard for the dignity of the electorate, whom they apparent consider (and have often referred to) as "Joe and Mary six-pack." They have reduced the remaining 99% of the citizenry of the country to the status of spectators of their "play."

And before you start cheering me on, the Unions and other 'groups' are far from innocent of this practice. As high-minded and ideal as the raison d'etre of Unions ever was, it has now devolved into a strikingly similar pit of political machinations and many MANY times, is just as big a "tool" as the MSM is, picking and choosing the most expediently accessible 'star' to spotlight. In the middle of this are the people who bought into the ideals; some of whom refuse to acknowledge that the problem is as big there as it is in government.

Our problems with these people is that we seem to accept... or even want them to be "celebrities" that we can worship... even though that has nothing to do with doing their job. The politicians and institutional leaders we choose to cheer and support don't seem to mind much. Celebrity status is a great way to ensure prosperity for your kids.

But in the end what they actually do for the people is put on a show, while out of public view they use their authority to elevate themselves and guarantee their future comfort.

I suppose that if this were some fantasy world where the leaders we choose for our cities, counties, states, unions, and other institution were actually as good as we were told they are, we would be living in a much more humane and reasonable world... but somehow they never are, and have predefined mile-long lists of excuses as to why they can't ever seem to live up to any standards of commitment to the people.

Most use the excuse of 'having to compromise' for their failures.... yet most times they don't even try to compromise, they just do what others tell them to.... like "let's do one of those 'false flag' things...." The only thing missing from that suggestion was the word "again."

It is all grand theatre and the Military doesn't say 'staging a battle' for nothing.

In Shakespeare's world of "All the World is a Stage and I am it's greatest actor" and the Hegellian thinking employed in the Left/Right political process, it would seem we are destined to me so deminished and insulted and manipulated by the very foul thoughts and deeds of those who crave power and control through orchestrating events.

The truth is that technology would allow for a true democracy through internet voting on each and every issue.

Currently nationally there is one representative for every 666,666 people.

Hard to imagine one person can represent so many people.

Especially when it's obvious they are just representing their own interests and their chosen few.

Great post my friend.

i think he should not get the eay way out, being cattered too, being allowed to simply retire. he should be made a public and national spectacle of, humilated at least, and due for sentencing, like the rest of us. doing so would tell the others all over... no more. its us that counts, not you. your job was to look out for hte interest of its taxpaying citizens...not the interests of government and corporations. NO MORE
see how many more waste of sperm are caught and have to retire.

Yes welcome to the world where the only people wackier than the much maligned conspiracy theorists who worry about and try to expose these things, are the conspirators who are actually proposing and trying to and carrying out such things.

Gives me the warm fuzzies too!

Thanks for posting.

I'm not a fan of public unions (which are corrupt) but I'm less a fan of corrupt politicians. I think this is probably a case of both sides trying to stoop to each others level which is somewhere below the 10th level of Hell.
