I don't care a FF whether he is black, white, green, sky-blue-pink, or whatever. All that matters to me is that he is LEGAL and DOES THE JOB HE WAS ELECTED TO DO.

So far Obama HAS done EXACTLY what he promised to do, albeit not as transparently as he indicated in his campaign. But he has NOT shown that he is legally entitled to do the job.

He has NOT shown his birth certificate. He has ONLY shown a TRANSCRIBED COPY. That copy COULD be fake - there is NO way to be sure without comparing it to the original. I want to see SOMETHING that CANNOT be FAKED. Only then will I shut up.

You can fake an original too. Besides, a copy is fine for almost everything you need one for. I only know where my copy is, but I'm entirely legal.

My twenty year old son raised a rukus at Christmas time (of all things) and embarrassed the snot out of me by his proclamation that Obama isn't a US citizen. So, what do I get in the mail a couple weeks later from said sister (his aunt) but a copy of his birth certificate. What is the deal here? I was mortified that my son would even bring this up....what am I do to do with this copy of his BC and who cares? It looks like he was born here so WHAT is the DEAL?

This is the most obvious case of deception from the friggin government.

If Obama was born in the US, then he would have no issue providing the birth certificate. Plain and simple. If he was not born here, he should not be our president, according to our own rules for the position.

I don't get why people are still questioning any aspect of the current government. There are so many things that don't line up whatsoever.

Just ignore them, all you can do is post objective facts or supporting evidence, if they dont listen then they are not being objective and are only seeing the truth that they want to see.

Dont get caught up in arguments ( im sounding like abit of a hypocrite now though - as per my last reply to you.... ) but seriously in regards to racial issues, dont always assume the issue is racist. I hope to think that in this day and age many of us are waay past skin colour and religion etc.

We are all human and all equal, it's the details and the person that counts.... not what they look like or where they come from... although subject specific to this thread is about place of birth, not racial but in reference to US laws...
