The good thing about the old ways is that they are international AND multidimensional.

Let me give you an example.
I once witnessed 2 electricians - one from Italy and one from Germany - who didn't speak the other ones language - perform an very huge installation in a museum - I was trying to interpret for them in English - what wouldn't really work.

After some frustrating and expensive time they switched to those electrical symbols - and began to TALK "ELECTRIC" - that was an enlightening experience. The Installation was put up in 2 days and everybody was happy.
Thats EXACTLY how all Mastership works - if you KNOW your stuff.

There is NO "uphill" battle - no disadvantage for you because I don`t expect you to speak my language.

I've pretty much read the entire thing, save a chapter or 2 worth of quotes.

I'm very intrigued by this.
The whole idea of it is enough to make you wet yourself!

i didnt say the stone would enlight anyone. But think about it the stone can heal the body and extend lifespan. Each people will react differently. In my case i think it would indirectly help me to evolve faster. If you think i would keep doing lambda stuff and fall into flesh and depravity you are wrong. I think i have a good guess what is useful and healthy for survival and inner growth and what must be removed and unlearned. "Non attachment non disinterest" im sure it is the best way of thinking for long term survival, self control and most of all: sanity.

He/She claims the stone is made only out of one substance, and backs it up with quotes, however then he states about mixing water, gold, and silver into the mix. That is no longer one substance, which begs the question, "what the heck?".

Summary: secret ingredient is urine.

Urine is an aqueous solution of greater than 95% water, with the remaining constituents, in order of decreasing concentration urea 9.3 g/L, chloride 1.87 g/L, sodium 1.17 g/L, potassium 0.750 g/L, creatinine 0.670 g/L and other dissolved ions, inorganic and organic compounds.

So a bunch of chemicals, great, also ammonia is created by the breakdown of urea. Anyways...he/she says the stone is made up of life energy. So somehow heating urine in a flask for 3 years will create a substance containing enough energy to do anything...

Physics Lesson 101:

Since Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, even if the urine (writer claims) contains life energy or chi or whatnot, 1 litre of urine will contain the same amount of it today as it will in 3 years.

If that was not the case then the equation wouldn't be balanced, that would mean 1=10 , where did the other 9 go?


Another paradox to add...writer says the substance mixed with anything makes more of itself since it breaks down the other substances and just further mixes it with its own structure. If that was true then that means as soon as you ingested it you would die, because the the tissue that would touch this substance would breakdown. Great. Another fallacy is that the substance would mix with the air and do the same thing right, I mean if it mixes with water why not the air? Sounds to me like the antimatter explosion in Dan browns book, just a bunch of hot air.

The gold and silver is added at the end as a ferment, so it could be claimed that the Stone is made from 2 (or 3) substances, or it could be claimed to be 1. Either way, it doesn't really matter. The ferment is considered to be only for stabilizing the Stone, and not really an "ingredient" as such, which is why the alchemists all claim it is made from one thing alone.

Matter contains a lot of energy, but it is already in a stable form, which is why we can't just turn any matter into energy. The process of making the Stone breaks the matter down into energy, then traps it somehow with the stable form of the ferment (silver or gold).

Not anything, just everything it overpowers. That is said in the context of projecting the Stone onto molten silver or gold. It has to penetrate into the substance and overpower it. Concerning air, yes the Stone would over time transmute the air surrounding it into more Stone, but this would be very slow and unnoticeable.

I went back and re-read our posts to try and find your fishing lesson. You are right, I seem to be too dull to see it. The only thing I seem to be able to derive from it is that you may be trying to say something about Hell; I don't know. Sorry.

The problem with the old ways is that they are the old ways. The time of old ways is over. All is being revealed. If you are going to get precious about your old ways than you will have the opportunity to see them revealed and carried off to reside within the bosom of 'The Profane' where they belong. If you are happy with becoming part of an ocean of energy and lose your consciousness and your individuality, your goals after death good for you but NOT for me. I want to survive. If you read through some posts I made on ATS (still under 20 - sigh!) you might have gathered an answer already.
Everyone can do that.
And if you want to elaborate on what you found after your research - than this can be done.
Show some initiative - for your own sake.

I read very meticulously whatever you write - but I'm not sure if I want to read you - and if it's worth the effort.
Until now you didn't much to motivate me on that - except whining.

Your memories and experiences are what make you who you are. To suddenly have x number of other lives crammed into your head would make the result, in my opinion... no longer you.
