I might be open to the idea but there is one huge hole in your argument. TPTB don't give a crap about American citizens and would not put fourth any effort to relocate them in the even that there actually WAS any danger to the population from Japan's radiation.

are you really hearing that people are dying on the west coast? ive driven up and down I5 twice since the nuke plant went up and everything is as beautiful as always.
