OMG OMG OMG OMG
Bit of a coincidence that America is invading the African continent now that radiation happens to be hitting its west coast?? Looks like the Americans need a new home, and Africa is nice and big - enough land there for 4x the amount the USA already has.

People are dying in Japan/West coast USA.

(Of natural causes, so lets put things into perspective - make love, not war.)

The US isn't invading anybody.

They haven't placed boots on the ground, they are not in charge of any combat operations. This is an international effort to keep a dictator from killing civilians.

Sorry but i can't beleive you actually beleive that, are you just trolling? I just can't even begin why you think this? Pull your head out of your arse and look around. The radiation won't kill the US citizens, it didn't happen in Chernobyl it didn't happen after Nagasaki and Hiroshima, it won't happen now, so take some pills and have a sleep.

It's a French/UK/Canadian operation, the US has already agreed to take the backseat.

I still can't beleive the OP

You need to get your facts straight. France is not the USA. France is the one with the warplanes in Libyan airspace, NOT the USA.
For once, we are in a support role of the UN mandate rather than the implementer and I'm happy to see that.

I don't think so, because there's been plenty of opportunities to "help" out or "intervene" in other countries, and they haven't.

Now quickly go change the are in your subject to is before anybody sees

Yikes, a little extreme there wouldn't you think? It would make more sense for the UN to be going after their oil than anything else. Oh yeah, and protecting the people of Africa, I almost forgot that was the 'true' reason why the UN got involved, whoops.

Sorry but the States is very much involved with this one:

Warplanes from the United States, Canada, Denmark arrived at Italian air bases on Saturday as part of an international military buildup. Germany backed the operation but isn't offering its own forces.

Got that info from here (second last paragraph

Theres denying ignorance and then there is being stupid.

The US and China have been fighting over Africa for the past 50 years... What do you think all those wars/civil unrest/coups/Liberia is all about...Nothing new.

These are AWAC's and Refueling tankers from the USA, not fighter planes. We are in a support role to France and soon Britain. I'm happy as long as none of our fighter planes are involved.

USA is instigating it all, like when the bully in the school yard pushes his minions on to others for their dinner money.

Unfortunately based off the last 10 years of history, the odds are that the US will drop artillery on this country.
