And 'controlled' release of 1000's of nukes means its radiation fallout is somehow safer than a reactor meltdown? There is certainly a possibility the damaged reactors in Japan may or may not get worse, my post was to highlight ONLY what has already happened thus far.
If we look at the Chernobyl disaster of 1986 we see that:-
The Chernobyl disaster was a nuclear accident that occurred on 26 April 1986 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in the Ukrainian SSR (now Ukraine). It is considered the worst nuclear power plant accident in history, and it is the only one classified as a level 7 event on the International Nuclear Event Scale.
Four hundred times more radioactive material was released than had been by the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. However, compared to the total amount released by nuclear weapons testing during the 1950s and 1960s, the Chernobyl disaster released 1/100 to 1/1000 the radioactivity.
The disaster began during a systems test on 26 April 1986 at reactor number four of the Chernobyl plant, which is near the town of Pripyat. There was a sudden power output surge, and when an emergency shutdown was attempted, a more extreme spike in power output occurred, which led to a reactor vessel rupture and a series of explosions. This event exposed the graphite moderator components of the reactor to air, causing them to ignite. The resulting fire sent a plume of radioactive fallout into the atmosphere and over an extensive geographical area, including Pripyat.

furthermore, Hiroshima was released in 1 instant concentrated burst. whereas fukushima is slowly releasing over the span of over a week, giving the wind way more oppurtunities to shift, thus giving it far more spread.
you may call this 'disappaitng', but something that takes 80 million years to decay doesnt 'disappait'...it spreads.
You know how it is. Do the EXACT OPPOSITE your government tells you.
But Obama said the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other scientific experts believe the danger from radiation spewing out of the Fukushima power plant extends well beyond the 12-mile radius Japanese officials have suggested, and he warned Americans living in Japan to evacuate within a 50-mile radius.

In that case, Americans in Japan should ignore this then:

abcnews.go.com...
Funny how natural news doesn't mention this while ranting like hate filled idiots.
What a ridiculous, biased source.

Maybe next time you don't want to put your foot in your mouth you should do some research about subjects you know nothing about!

Isn't it funny that the citizens will actually listen to him? They still believe in change, and they still think the promises will come true.
In times like these, I wonder how it is that our population isn't awake? How can they not see this garbage that is going on in front of them?
I don't know, but there is nothing you can do

Yeah I know. They still believe they voted him into power in the first place. Screwed up world isn't it? When people like him and Bush are put into power under the guise of the fixed voting process. And the sheeple still believe that the US and UK are democratic countries.........Sheesh!!
